I just started the course 2 days ago and I understand the principle and real cause of this pain. I knew the cause of my pain was from sitting for a long time, so I immediately did the movements in the picture for ten minutes. A miracle happened. I relieved the pain by 90%. It was incredible. Now I use 30 to 60 minutes to do this stretching exercises everyday. Sorry, I haven't actually started watching the stretching and trigger point video course. I only focused on my own exercises everyday. I hope you can post out my experience I hope all patients suffering from this pain can regain their health body soon. thank you all, well done !

HRMy experience My “prostatitis” was diagnosed 5 years ago. I’ve suffered with almost all those symptoms you have mentiod in your post. Suprisingly, after only a few days application of your AidPlan, the most irritatig symptoms have gone: - no pain in the pelvis and genitals any longer - no frequent toilet use during the night, actually not a single time at the moment (instead of 3 times at least) I’ve just started with a part of AP (stretching exercises, buttock ex., trying to identify eventual trigger point..)
