No money back guarantee I bought this due to a Doctors diagnosis. Unfortunately I only got to 1st stretching exercise & was stuck on floor for 2 hours. It turns out I had wrong diagnosis. Aidplan offer a 30 day money back guarantee, however there is no way to claim this back on their webpage. I have sent a few messages & email, so far I have heard nothing.

I feel pretty confused about how to do… I feel pretty confused about how to do this course properly. For example the stretching routine - you showed the exercises but I don't remember whether anyone said how often I should do them and for how long. Same applies to the following exercises. I can't tell yet if the exercises help me or not.

A lifesaver, comprehensive, and well worth the price This program has helped me immensely, both in my understanding of the physiology behind my pelvic issues and helping me develop the daily habits for longterm healing. Thank you so much Aidplan team! I don't know how I stumbled onto your website, but it was a real godsend when I was desperate for hope and encouragement. The videos provide so much practical knowledge and simple, effective demonstrations; I enjoy doing the exercises while watching TV with my husband. I would absolutely recommend this valuable program!

My experience My “prostatitis” was diagnosed 5 years ago. I’ve suffered with almost all those symptoms you have mentiod in your post. Suprisingly, after only a few days application of your AidPlan, the most irritatig symptoms have gone: - no pain in the pelvis and genitals any longer - no frequent toilet use during the night, actually not a single time at the moment (instead of 3 times at least) I’ve just started with a part of AP (stretching exercises, buttock ex., trying to identify eventual trigger point..) I’m doing exercise twice per a day, so pleased so far! A huge progress has been done!

It would be better if you provide on how to heal bladder wall. That's the most cause of IC. It's a good collective of information for people who are new to IC and haven't done much research on it. The stretch and breath are nice and relax.
