Something about her personality and her incredible customer service in giving me her phone number gave me reassurance that I would, in fact, get my PCR test result on time for my 2 day journey to Europe. I was relieved and overjoyed to get my (negative) result from Flowhealth. I contrast this experience with a local urgent care where the check in process was a nightmare and I had to chase, chase, chase to get my result back. Thank you for seeing this real need and for setting up an efficient business with smart, service oriented people and labs to address it. Well done.

Last minute appointment but no problem… Last minute appointment but no problem I got right in. I pulled up to the site and everything was seamless with check in I got the test done in less than three minutes. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Results were in sooner than expected which was a huge plus. This is my third time using them and will continue to use them and spread the word to colleagues and friends

A God-send... They are well-organized, quick, and efficient. The test is super fast and easy. No brain-tickling, invasive swab. The staff is very friendly as well. Results are provided quickly, however they do have options for even faster results.

Day 5... where are the results? The wait and administration of the nasal test was fine, as expected. However, we tested January 2nd via a 3-day turnaround test to read it our preschooler. It is January 6th and we still don’t have our results. Now we will be testing elsewhere with little confidence that a result will come in from COVID TESTING TODAY before our new test... slow results compared to other clinics listed on the LA gov site.
