I contrast this experience with a local urgent care where the check in process was a nightmare and I had to chase, chase, chase to get my result back. Good Service - Quick and Easy Great quick service when other locations made it so difficult and took hours. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Only problem is they said I'd receive a SuperBill that I could then expense back to my insurance (Kaiser) and have not yet received that. So need to follow up with them again.

Website is easy to navigate, uploading medical info is clunky Website is easy to navigate, the uploading of the insurance card was a little klunky, i tried taking screen shots of my card info on my health care provider app but it wouldn't let me upload. I had to find my physical card. I would image the info on the app is the same and pertinent. Apart from that the actual testing experience is quick and easy.
