Awesome We were in and out of testing in 5 minutes. The group at the Santa Monica location (behind Bodega) were prepared, profession, and genuinely nice people. Will definitely be coming back the next time we feel we need a test!

Easy and quick I think that the location is great. It's easily accessible with lots of parking. There was no wait. The person attending explained the process and was helpful. It was quick and easy. Done. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I hadn't heard from anyone for 2 days. Fortunately, I had a phone number to call. Turns out that there was some problem with getting people their results. I realize things happen, so I'm sure this issue has been resolved.

The provider who attends everyone to… The provider who attends everyone to confirm appointment was helpful with helping my child take test. However, my test results never arrived to the Lab and called on the 3rd day. Not sure when and If I will recieve those results.

Felt like the lines could have been… Felt like the lines could have been clearer and more spaced out. Trash can where you put used tissues is gross and my girlfriend accidentally opened it with her hands because the foot pedal is not obvious. Other than that fast and easy.
