Great Experience! This has become our go to testing spot. I have a large family, and this is the only place where we will test. Quick wait, quick test, and quick results. No social distancing and unsafe environment While the testing was quick and easy, the safety protocols were extremely lacking. There was no social distancing, even when they asked others to take their masks off to blow their nose ahead of the test. I was even encouraged to get close to others by the staff. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, especially because I was surrounded by others getting tested. Who are more likely to be positive because they are getting a test. I was very shocked and disappointed at how unsafe it was to get tested here.

Surprisingly not awful One night I received an email that someone in one of my outdoor gym classes had tested positive for Covid and I was able to get an appointment the next morning - before work. It wasn't packed and everyone was friendly. I think I was tested within 5-10 min of my appointment. This kind of stuff makes me extra nervous so I was very appreciative of the gentle attitude of the staff. I was scared to get tested because of how some people talked about their experience, but I was surprised that it wasn't awful. If I feel the need to get tested again, I am definitely using them again.

So convenient So Easy! Thank you for making this process so easy! My work (retail) currently requires me to get a once a week test to ensure a level of safety and honestly I was dreading it because tests at City locations took 2+ hours, and appointments were almost impossible to get. Then I saw the location on La Cienega driving home and I booked it. SO EASY! i can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner.

Do Not Trust This Company Never received my results by email, phone or text. Paid extra to have them within 36 hours, and at 72+ hours still nothing. Emailed their support team and got no response. Will be initiating a charge back with my credit card issuer — do not trust this company for covid testing.
