Great testing experience I arrived at the site as a walk-in and was able to make an appointment online for about 30 min later (the nurse on-site was on break). Booking the appointment was straightforward and easy to do. All the interactions I had with the staff at the booth and the nurse were very clear and concise. I felt comfortable at the location. It took less than 5 mins and I received my results 2 days later! It was the ideal COVID testing experience.

Great Experience! This has become our go to testing spot. I have a large family, and this is the only place where we will test. Quick wait, quick test, and quick results. Superb, reliable service Superb service by Jamie from the minute I approached your location behind Bodega. (I had seen the sign at the Promenade). Something about her personality and her incredible customer service in giving me her phone number gave me reassurance that I would, in fact, get my PCR test result on time for my 2 day journey to Europe. I was relieved and overjoyed to get my (negative) result from Flowhealth. I contrast this experience with a local urgent care where the check in process was a nightmare and I had to chase, chase, chase to get my result back. Thank you for seeing this real need and for setting up an efficient business with smart, service oriented people and labs to address it. Well done.

Good Service - Quick and Easy Great quick service when other locations made it so difficult and took hours. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Only problem is they said I'd receive a SuperBill that I could then expense back to my insurance (Kaiser) and have not yet received that. So need to follow up with them again.

No social distancing and unsafe environment While the testing was quick and easy, the safety protocols were extremely lacking. There was no social distancing, even when they asked others to take their masks off to blow their nose ahead of the test. I was even encouraged to get close to others by the staff. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, especially because I was surrounded by others getting tested. Who are more likely to be positive because they are getting a test. I was very shocked and disappointed at how unsafe it was to get tested here.
