Day 5... where are the results? The wait and administration of the nasal test was fine, as expected. However, we tested January 2nd via a 3-day turnaround test to read it our preschooler. It is January 6th and we still don’t have our results. Now we will be testing elsewhere with little confidence that a result will come in from COVID TESTING TODAY before our new test... slow results compared to other clinics listed on the LA gov site.

Too good to be true -10 mins tops! I've never had a bad experience! I'm thankful for all your work, keeping the testing quick & safe. Before finding this place I would get tested every week waiting up to 1-2 hrs. You've changed the game as now I'm in and out in 10 mins tops. Ive told family & friends about this testing center and we are all astonished -seems too good to be true!

Great Experience! This has become our go to testing spot. I have a large family, and this is the only place where we will test. Quick wait, quick test, and quick results. We would like to give a special thanks to Jamie. She's been incredibly helpful, and never hesitates to answer any questions that we have. No social distancing and unsafe environment While the testing was quick and easy, the safety protocols were extremely lacking. There was no social distancing, even when they asked others to take their masks off to blow their nose ahead of the test. I was even encouraged to get close to others by the staff. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, especially because I was surrounded by others getting tested. Who are more likely to be positive because they are getting a test. I was very shocked and disappointed at how unsafe it was to get tested here.

Thank you for being here I am so happy that guys are around during this pandemic time. The experience I have was excellent service. It was easy to book an appointment and the waiting time was fast and the tested was painless. What is more important is the trun around time for the test results was very fast. I am more then happy that you guys are here and hope that you guys would stay around until this pandemic is over. excellent job 👏!!!
