It was easy to book an appointment and the waiting time was fast and the tested was painless. What is more important is the trun around time for the test results was very fast. I am more then happy that you guys are here and hope that you guys would stay around until this pandemic is over. excellent job 👏!!!

Good Service - Quick and Easy Great quick service when other locations made it so difficult and took hours. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Only problem is they said I'd receive a SuperBill that I could then expense back to my insurance (Kaiser) and have not yet received that. So need to follow up with them again.

Surprisingly not awful One night I received an email that someone in one of my outdoor gym classes had tested positive for Covid and I was able to get an appointment the next morning - before work. It wasn't packed and everyone was friendly. I think I was tested within 5-10 min of my appointment. This kind of stuff makes me extra nervous so I was very appreciative of the gentle attitude of the staff. I was scared to get tested because of how some people talked about their experience, but I was surprised that it wasn't awful. If I feel the need to get tested again, I am definitely using them again.

Great Experience! This has become our go to testing spot. I have a large family, and this is the only place where we will test. Quick wait, quick test, and quick results. Awesome We were in and out of testing in 5 minutes. The group at the Santa Monica location (behind Bodega) were prepared, profession, and genuinely nice people. Will definitely be coming back the next time we feel we need a test!
