Very dependable My mom is 96 and she cannot hear. Usually someone is with her at all times but she hits the button when she goes to her room or the restroom. I respond quickly and the operators are so nice. If I am home for awhile they will contact me right away. Both mom and I feel protected

Great service Fortunately, I have not experienced an emergency need, but I have had two equipment issues over the years. One was resolved on the first phone call by the tech staff. Another time I misplaced my device and a replacement was sent overnight with a prepaid form to return the original if it was found (which it was). Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Date is estimated)

Wrist unit Everyone I have talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently ordered the wrist alert button unit and was very excited about it. I was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days, my unit arrived 3 days after I ordered it!! I am very pleased with it!!

Horrible company! I bought this "service" back in November for my mother who had fallen a few times in the past. Wearing this device she fell an laid on the floor bleeding for 2 hours until I got home. So the device doesn't work I can understand that but when I called them to get the device replaced they tried to charge me for a faulty device. To make things worse when I tried to cancel they have you jump through hoops to cancel anything.. Fast forward 3 months from the time I tried to cancel.. I have had multiple phone calls to them and provided tracking that they have the device in their possession and now they are telling me it'll take 30 business days to get this cancelled.. Why? In the meantime I've been getting billed every month for a service I don't use and a device I don't even have! I've been through a couple different companies in the past for this type of service and this is by far the worst all around

I gave two stars so you would be… I gave two stars so you would be willing to read. Use another company . Medical guardian lacks consistency when you call. There is no such thing as a call back supervisor. Therr is a fair amount of time spent troubleshooting issues and they changed my service from Verizon to at and t without asking or telling me. I was told connection was bad and to call 911. That is just the start. I really just want to feel safe. I got it after four months in hospital and brain surgery from fall. Go somewhèe else l. I think they coast on a reputation unearned.
