GBI gave two stars so you would be… I gave two stars so you would be willing to read. Use another company . Medical guardian lacks consistency when you call. There is no such thing as a call back supervisor. Therr is a fair amount of time spent troubleshooting issues and they changed my service from Verizon to at and t without asking or telling me. I was told connection was bad and to call 911. That is just the start. I really just want to feel safe. I got it after four months in hospital and brain surgery from fall. Go somewhèe else l. I think they coast on a reputation unearned.

GBI would give them less if possible I would give them less if possible. My mom fell several times and the unit didn't work. She was transported by ambulance for a concussion after one fall. One of the pendants batteries expanded so bad it split the pendant and they made me buy insurance to replace it. After another fall and new pendant not working I canceled and they still billed me over $700 and I have not got a refund. This is my experience with this company and I personally would not recommend doing business with them.

GBFraudulent business practice The reason for my 2 star review is based on my decision to not accept fall notification. To have to pay $10 more is, to me, having to pay twice. Why else would I pay $40/mo for help when I’ve fallen if not to get help when it’s needed? At best, I see their business model as a sham to entice seniors to pay for something that is already an essential reason for the subscription.

GBThey stand ready They stand ready. Billing is simple. This is insurance that brings peace of mind. Fortunately, my wife had not had a fall, but it is nice knowing Medical Guardian is there if needed.
