I have the MG Mini-Lite model. I have the MG Mini-Lite model. Comfortable. Easy to wear. Not heavy or bulky. Water Resistant. Service is good. Questions answered quickly. I have recommended this to several people who asked where I got my Mini-Lite.

I would give them less if possible I would give them less if possible. My mom fell several times and the unit didn't work. She was transported by ambulance for a concussion after one fall. One of the pendants batteries expanded so bad it split the pendant and they made me buy insurance to replace it. After another fall and new pendant not working I canceled and they still billed me over $700 and I have not got a refund. This is my experience with this company and I personally would not recommend doing business with them.

First Time… This was the first time I had to use Medical Guardian so I pressed my button and let the box go thru the questions. After I said I need help, I thought it took way too long for a human to come on the line , it kept saying something that I couldn’t understand and then finally a dispatcher came on.

Medical Guardian is outstanding. Medical Guardian is outstanding in their responsiveness. Everyone I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and very pleasant. How do you find and hire so many pleasant employees ? Amazing !
