I gave two stars so you would be… I gave two stars so you would be willing to read. Use another company . Medical guardian lacks consistency when you call. There is no such thing as a call back supervisor. Therr is a fair amount of time spent troubleshooting issues and they changed my service from Verizon to at and t without asking or telling me. I was told connection was bad and to call 911. That is just the start. I really just want to feel safe. I got it after four months in hospital and brain surgery from fall. Go somewhèe else l. I think they coast on a reputation unearned.

They make it impossible to cancel service I got this for my friend who lives alone and has Alheimer's early stage. He wore the device for almost three years and then refused to wear it. I called and cancelled the service on November 10, 2023. My credit card company kept paying them regardless of my instructions. Finally, the credit company refunded me three months worth and demanded the money back from Medical Guardian. MG is now harassing me via phone calls and email to pay them. Letters written to headquarters go unanswered. This is definitely dishonest and gouging business practice. The device has been unplugged since November 2023 so they are not owed any money for service.

Poor customer service My mom cancelled her service in July. She sent in all the requested paperwork. Multiple times the said they never received it. Finally, they sent her a package to return the necklace. She never received her refund. November they send her a new bill. Contacted them again for refund and they said they never received the necklace in their own packaging. Never tried to track it. My mom called again and filled out paperwork online with a Medical Guardian rep. Now the still say they haven’t received it. They refuse to give my mom her refund. Horrible customer service and no way to treat a customer. Would never recommend them. Another company taking advantage of the elderly.

I would give them less if possible I would give them less if possible. My mom fell several times and the unit didn't work. She was transported by ambulance for a concussion after one fall. One of the pendants batteries expanded so bad it split the pendant and they made me buy insurance to replace it. After another fall and new pendant not working I canceled and they still billed me over $700 and I have not got a refund. This is my experience with this company and I personally would not recommend doing business with them.

The Medical Guardian helps Reassure Living alone isn't fun. At times, it can be nerve-wracking, especially when there may be a medical ussue or a fall. Having my Medicak Guardian helps reassure me that help is close by at any hour without needing to phone anyone. Fall detection is an amazing addition.
