First Time… This was the first time I had to use Medical Guardian so I pressed my button and let the box go thru the questions. After I said I need help, I thought it took way too long for a human to come on the line , it kept saying something that I couldn’t understand and then finally a dispatcher came on.

While the service is adequate in… While the service is adequate in nature, it is all telling when init is time to cancel the service your on wait for 15 min and they feel it is your responsibility to tell them why you are cancelling. I do not need to tell you anything please just cancel the service it is no longer required!!! Beware!!!

Great service Fortunately, I have not experienced an emergency need, but I have had two equipment issues over the years. One was resolved on the first phone call by the tech staff. Another time I misplaced my device and a replacement was sent overnight with a prepaid form to return the original if it was found (which it was). Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Date is estimated)
