GBFraudulent business practice The reason for my 2 star review is based on my decision to not accept fall notification. To have to pay $10 more is, to me, having to pay twice. Why else would I pay $40/mo for help when I’ve fallen if not to get help when it’s needed? At best, I see their business model as a sham to entice seniors to pay for something that is already an essential reason for the subscription.

GBI haven't had to use my Guardian yet… I haven't had to use my Guardian yet (thank heaven), but I feel safe when I'm wearing it.

GBThey make it impossible to cancel service I got this for my friend who lives alone and has Alheimer's early stage. He wore the device for almost three years and then refused to wear it. I called and cancelled the service on November 10, 2023. My credit card company kept paying them regardless of my instructions. Finally, the credit company refunded me three months worth and demanded the money back from Medical Guardian. MG is now harassing me via phone calls and email to pay them. Letters written to headquarters go unanswered. This is definitely dishonest and gouging business practice. The device has been unplugged since November 2023 so they are not owed any money for service.

GBMedical Guardian is outstanding. Medical Guardian is outstanding in their responsiveness. Everyone I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and very pleasant. How do you find and hire so many pleasant employees ? Amazing !

GBI have the MG Mini-Lite model. I have the MG Mini-Lite model. Comfortable. Easy to wear. Not heavy or bulky. Water Resistant. Service is good. Questions answered quickly. I have recommended this to several people who asked where I got my Mini-Lite.
