USFirst Time… This was the first time I had to use Medical Guardian so I pressed my button and let the box go thru the questions. After I said I need help, I thought it took way too long for a human to come on the line , it kept saying something that I couldn’t understand and then finally a dispatcher came on.

USGreat service Fortunately, I have not experienced an emergency need, but I have had two equipment issues over the years. One was resolved on the first phone call by the tech staff. Another time I misplaced my device and a replacement was sent overnight with a prepaid form to return the original if it was found (which it was). Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Date is estimated)

USThey stand ready They stand ready. Billing is simple. This is insurance that brings peace of mind. Fortunately, my wife had not had a fall, but it is nice knowing Medical Guardian is there if needed.

USHorrible company! I bought this "service" back in November for my mother who had fallen a few times in the past. Wearing this device she fell an laid on the floor bleeding for 2 hours until I got home. So the device doesn't work I can understand that but when I called them to get the device replaced they tried to charge me for a faulty device. To make things worse when I tried to cancel they have you jump through hoops to cancel anything.. Fast forward 3 months from the time I tried to cancel.. I have had multiple phone calls to them and provided tracking that they have the device in their possession and now they are telling me it'll take 30 business days to get this cancelled.. Why? In the meantime I've been getting billed every month for a service I don't use and a device I don't even have! I've been through a couple different companies in the past for this type of service and this is by far the worst all around

USWhile the service is adequate in… While the service is adequate in nature, it is all telling when init is time to cancel the service your on wait for 15 min and they feel it is your responsibility to tell them why you are cancelling. I do not need to tell you anything please just cancel the service it is no longer required!!! Beware!!!
