GBFraudulent business practice The reason for my 2 star review is based on my decision to not accept fall notification. To have to pay $10 more is, to me, having to pay twice. Why else would I pay $40/mo for help when I’ve fallen if not to get help when it’s needed? At best, I see their business model as a sham to entice seniors to pay for something that is already an essential reason for the subscription.

GBWrist unit Everyone I have talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently ordered the wrist alert button unit and was very excited about it. I was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days, my unit arrived 3 days after I ordered it!! I am very pleased with it!!

GBPoor customer service My mom cancelled her service in July. She sent in all the requested paperwork. Multiple times the said they never received it. Finally, they sent her a package to return the necklace. She never received her refund. November they send her a new bill. Contacted them again for refund and they said they never received the necklace in their own packaging. Never tried to track it. My mom called again and filled out paperwork online with a Medical Guardian rep. Now the still say they haven’t received it. They refuse to give my mom her refund. Horrible customer service and no way to treat a customer. Would never recommend them. Another company taking advantage of the elderly.

GBMedical Guardian is outstanding. Medical Guardian is outstanding in their responsiveness. Everyone I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and very pleasant. How do you find and hire so many pleasant employees ? Amazing !

GBFirst Time… This was the first time I had to use Medical Guardian so I pressed my button and let the box go thru the questions. After I said I need help, I thought it took way too long for a human to come on the line , it kept saying something that I couldn’t understand and then finally a dispatcher came on.
