I would not normally review your… I would not normally review your company at this point in time, however, you keep sending surveys to me. I am rating your company as a zero at this point because my sample was lost. I understand that your business was affected by the severe winter storms, but my test should have already been processed by that point in time. I did receive a new test in the mail today, so now the long wait begins once again.

Lab work showed up in a timely manner… Lab work showed up in a timely manner with easy to follow instructions. I sent the test off with the enclosed shipping material and printed address which made that super easy. It took about 2 weeks to get my results which came in the mail and then my receipt emailed to me from the company. My results were easy to read with some added information to help me understand them more clearly. I will defiantly use this company again if I need more testing done.

Good service Living in England and ordering from the US I didn't know how long the Emma test kit I ordered was going to take to get here but it arrived very quickly by Fedex. Getting the test kit returned by Fedex was a different matter. I was not able to find a telephone number for them that worked. Not the fault of Real Time Labs though. When I finally got the packet collected it got there quickly and I got the result quite quickly in the time frame that was suggested so all in all it was a good experience.

Payment was a nightmare Payment was a nightmare. It took over a month to get paid and get results. Agent kept demanding my federal Medicare card which is invalid since I now have Medicare coverage through Blue Cross. Then they took my credit card down wrong. Brutal process!!!!! Never again thank you
