AUMy vector was body lice in 2006 My vector was body lice in 2006. Normal routine bloods and cultures, including fungal cultures. 2021 Deteriorating health led me to Fry Labs pathogen testing. They found a cave/sediment fungus in my blood. 2022 This led me to wanting to know which mycotoxins were also causing my decreased vitality & memory. Result a strong positive Gliotoxin usually produced by marine fungus! Perhaps I now have enough evidence to obtain treatment to stop the inevitable path to dementia. Definitely recommend this easy test.

IEVery good turnaround times Very good turnaround times - only took one week for results despite posting from Ireland. Discount for second time testing Graph showing decrease after 1st test is very useful

CAI got the lab results quite easily but… I got the lab results quite easily but I did find the instructions that came with the test confusing as far as shipping. There was no explanation on the shipping paperwork and when I called their lab for help, no one returned my calls after two attempts. I had to phone the shipper for instructions. I did not have this issue with Great Plains Labs, all was explained. I would tell Real Labs to be more explicit in their paperwork and to be available for any questions someone may have.

GBI'm in the process of testing and… I'm in the process of testing and RealTime labs has been extremely helpful in answering my many questions. It is nice to be able to reach someone by phone that can answer questions, especially for the amount being paid. Other companies I've used charged an additional fee to speak with someone. I just hope my testing results are as good as their service!

GBUnprofessional service Instructions that come for the test are vague and poorly written. I had to re-read it several times to figure out what to do. My test got to them when they lost electricity due to a bad ice storm. Obviously not their fault, but their response after that time was extremely unprofessional. I spent 1 & 1/2 weeks trying to find out where my test was - what was the status, etc.. No one returned my calls - not the receptionist or the lab supervisor. Finally I called the financial department and they issued a refund for the $399 fee that I had to pay up-front.
