Real Time Labs does an excellent job… Real Time Labs does an excellent job for us - we can use them to drop ship to remote patients, give kits in office - and recently, when a patient did the kit wrong, they were very helpful and accommodating in helping us figure out what to do. It would be hard for me to practice without RTL. Much appreciated.

I am rating your company as a zero at this point because my sample was lost. I understand that your business was affected by the severe winter storms, but my test should have already been processed by that point in time. I did receive a new test in the mail today, so now the long wait begins once again.

Good service Living in England and ordering from the US I didn't know how long the Emma test kit I ordered was going to take to get here but it arrived very quickly by Fedex. Getting the test kit returned by Fedex was a different matter. I was not able to find a telephone number for them that worked. Not the fault of Real Time Labs though. When I finally got the packet collected it got there quickly and I got the result quite quickly in the time frame that was suggested so all in all it was a good experience.
