GBGood service Living in England and ordering from the US I didn't know how long the Emma test kit I ordered was going to take to get here but it arrived very quickly by Fedex. Getting the test kit returned by Fedex was a different matter. I was not able to find a telephone number for them that worked. Not the fault of Real Time Labs though. When I finally got the packet collected it got there quickly and I got the result quite quickly in the time frame that was suggested so all in all it was a good experience.

CAI got the lab results quite easily but… I got the lab results quite easily but I did find the instructions that came with the test confusing as far as shipping. There was no explanation on the shipping paperwork and when I called their lab for help, no one returned my calls after two attempts. I had to phone the shipper for instructions. I did not have this issue with Great Plains Labs, all was explained. I would tell Real Labs to be more explicit in their paperwork and to be available for any questions someone may have.

Thanks for taking such thorough care of your patients! Definitely recommend

GBHorrible experience so far…. Lost everything due to mold- the word devastating doesn’t even begin to describe. Tried several months ago to get info on insurance with Realtime- awful experience. Finally saved enough to afford the tests out of pocket- after being homeless- infant in the hospital-been a rough 9 months…. and then to have the most horrible angry old man on the phone. Was promised my tests would ship by Friday if my order was placed before 3:30. They did not. They shipped this morning- and after reading the recent review from Sept 2023- I’m extremely skeptical this is going to end well. I’m in a lawsuit over this situation- everything I own is on the line and these people just want their money and could care less about the people needing their services. Unfortunately they are pretty much a monopoly in this business or else I would have used someone else months ago. I will provide a follow up review after I get the tests and turn them back in and get the results. Praying these people get their act together in the customer service department and the rest of my experience goes well.

CAGreat Service My experience with RealTime labs was very good. When I had questions they were very quickly addressed, making the entire process much easier. The results were delivered in a very timely fashion. Much quicker than I ever expected. Thank you kindly for all of your help.
