Reliable and Trustworthy Covid testing done easy with RealTime Labs. I made my appointment online, and my results were easy to attain from the secure email that was sent to me. The Medical Assistants were thorough with my paperwork and ID verification. They were also very gentle when taking my sample. I am also a repeat customer!

Good service Living in England and ordering from the US I didn't know how long the Emma test kit I ordered was going to take to get here but it arrived very quickly by Fedex. Getting the test kit returned by Fedex was a different matter. I was not able to find a telephone number for them that worked. Not the fault of Real Time Labs though. When I finally got the packet collected it got there quickly and I got the result quite quickly in the time frame that was suggested so all in all it was a good experience.

It would certainly help if you gave a correlation to other units commonly used. Thanks. It would certainly help if you gave a correlation between the units you use and those used by your competitor. I had two tests by them previously and am having difficulty comparing your results with theirs. Kathleen Taylor

Unprofessional service Instructions that come for the test are vague and poorly written. I had to re-read it several times to figure out what to do. My test got to them when they lost electricity due to a bad ice storm. Obviously not their fault, but their response after that time was extremely unprofessional. I spent 1 & 1/2 weeks trying to find out where my test was - what was the status, etc.. No one returned my calls - not the receptionist or the lab supervisor. Finally I called the financial department and they issued a refund for the $399 fee that I had to pay up-front.
