Agent kept demanding my federal Medicare card which is invalid since I now have Medicare coverage through Blue Cross. Then they took my credit card down wrong. Brutal process!!!!! Good service Living in England and ordering from the US I didn't know how long the Emma test kit I ordered was going to take to get here but it arrived very quickly by Fedex. Getting the test kit returned by Fedex was a different matter. I was not able to find a telephone number for them that worked. Not the fault of Real Time Labs though. When I finally got the packet collected it got there quickly and I got the result quite quickly in the time frame that was suggested so all in all it was a good experience.

I got the lab results quite easily but… I got the lab results quite easily but I did find the instructions that came with the test confusing as far as shipping. There was no explanation on the shipping paperwork and when I called their lab for help, no one returned my calls after two attempts. I had to phone the shipper for instructions. I did not have this issue with Great Plains Labs, all was explained. I would tell Real Labs to be more explicit in their paperwork and to be available for any questions someone may have.
