It is nice to be able to reach someone by phone that can answer questions, especially for the amount being paid. Other companies I've used charged an additional fee to speak with someone. I just hope my testing results are as good as their service!

AUMy vector was body lice in 2006 My vector was body lice in 2006. Normal routine bloods and cultures, including fungal cultures. 2021 Deteriorating health led me to Fry Labs pathogen testing. They found a cave/sediment fungus in my blood. 2022 This led me to wanting to know which mycotoxins were also causing my decreased vitality & memory. Result a strong positive Gliotoxin usually produced by marine fungus! Perhaps I now have enough evidence to obtain treatment to stop the inevitable path to dementia. GBWhen I ask a question When I ask a question, the response was rather condescending. Obviously Paul thinks that everyone shares his knowledge and doesn't understand the struggle of trying to figure a solution to healing a very sick daughter with limited funds. Just trying to do the best I can. Sorry that Paul has to deal with incompetent people that are doing their best to decipher things. I am finding that all you "professionals" that charge a lot money are still not able to help my daughter.

GBI would not normally review your… I would not normally review your company at this point in time, however, you keep sending surveys to me. I am rating your company as a zero at this point because my sample was lost. I understand that your business was affected by the severe winter storms, but my test should have already been processed by that point in time. I did receive a new test in the mail today, so now the long wait begins once again.
