Customer service doesn’t exist I have tried in every way I could possibly think of to get someone to contact me and let me know how I can get the paperwork to turn into my insurance. It says it’s available but it doesn’t show up in the order on how one is supposed to order/obtain it and NO ONE will connect me to who can answer this question or return a voice mail. I even asked my doctor if this place is even legit. I have not done the sample yet, because I have lost confidence in this lab.

I understand that your business was affected by the severe winter storms, but my test should have already been processed by that point in time. I did receive a new test in the mail today, so now the long wait begins once again.
