Horrible experience so far…. Lost everything due to mold- the word devastating doesn’t even begin to describe. Tried several months ago to get info on insurance with Realtime- awful experience. Finally saved enough to afford the tests out of pocket- after being homeless- infant in the hospital-been a rough 9 months…. and then to have the most horrible angry old man on the phone. Was promised my tests would ship by Friday if my order was placed before 3:30. They did not. They shipped this morning- and after reading the recent review from Sept 2023- I’m extremely skeptical this is going to end well. I’m in a lawsuit over this situation- everything I own is on the line and these people just want their money and could care less about the people needing their services. Unfortunately they are pretty much a monopoly in this business or else I would have used someone else months ago. I will provide a follow up review after I get the tests and turn them back in and get the results. Praying these people get their act together in the customer service department and the rest of my experience goes well.

Reliable and Trustworthy Covid testing done easy with RealTime Labs. I made my appointment online, and my results were easy to attain from the secure email that was sent to me. The Medical Assistants were thorough with my paperwork and ID verification. They were also very gentle when taking my sample. I am also a repeat customer!

Real Time Labs does an excellent job… Real Time Labs does an excellent job for us - we can use them to drop ship to remote patients, give kits in office - and recently, when a patient did the kit wrong, they were very helpful and accommodating in helping us figure out what to do. It would be hard for me to practice without RTL. Much appreciated.

Test never shipped Update: I explained the situation to Dave, who reached out after I left the 1 star review. He was very professional in researching what happened to my order and correcting the error to my satisfaction. I have now received the test and will update review after results are provided. Test never shipped. Could not reach anyone at RealTime Laboratories by phone or email despite multiple attempts at both sending email and leaving messages. Currently disputing charge with my credit card company
