GBPayment was a nightmare Payment was a nightmare. It took over a month to get paid and get results. Agent kept demanding my federal Medicare card which is invalid since I now have Medicare coverage through Blue Cross. Then they took my credit card down wrong. Brutal process!!!!! GBI would not normally review your… I would not normally review your company at this point in time, however, you keep sending surveys to me. I am rating your company as a zero at this point because my sample was lost. I understand that your business was affected by the severe winter storms, but my test should have already been processed by that point in time. I did receive a new test in the mail today, so now the long wait begins once again.
