It is nice to be able to reach someone by phone that can answer questions, especially for the amount being paid. Other companies I've used charged an additional fee to speak with someone. I just hope my testing results are as good as their service!

Obviously Paul thinks that everyone shares his knowledge and doesn't understand the struggle of trying to figure a solution to healing a very sick daughter with limited funds. Just trying to do the best I can. Sorry that Paul has to deal with incompetent people that are doing their best to decipher things. I am finding that all you "professionals" that charge a lot money are still not able to help my daughter.

Real Time Labs does an excellent job… Real Time Labs does an excellent job for us - we can use them to drop ship to remote patients, give kits in office - and recently, when a patient did the kit wrong, they were very helpful and accommodating in helping us figure out what to do. It would be hard for me to practice without RTL. Much appreciated.
