GBGood functionality, but be prepared to craft your own strap The Ava bracelet has been a helpful tool in tracking my fertility, and easily added to my routine. However, the silicone strap broke into pieces after maybe a couple months of use, and Ava would not give me a replacement strap or even sell me one. I've had to finagle my own solution, because without a strap the device is useless.

GBIt works but poor customer service and end of life product The app is great it definitely helps you plan for pregnancy or not! The bracelet tracking is spot on it helped me get pregnant with my 1st child. However… the customer service could not be worse. I reached out when trying to track and conceive for my 2nd and the device would not record! It would either say charged n green then die or it would seem like it worked and then fail uploads night after night. I went from zero problems to it not working suddenly. Customer service said oh it’s dead you need to buy a new one. Excuse me? Where n how are we selling products that just die and are end of life while it isn’t described anywhere in advertising or purchasing. No trouble shooting, no coupon towards a new one not even a standard apology statement. I don’t care how well something works; if you have horrible customer service then I’ll move onto many of the other working devices. Do better Ava.

GBLove how the Ava does all the work Love how the Ava does all the work — no need to sit for 10 minutes in the morning with a thermometer in my mouth. I find it to be very accurate too! The reason only 4 stars is due to the frequent (daily) app glitches — I always have to click on something twice for it to work!

GBGood for TTC, garbage for tracking pregnancy I've used it consistently for 6 months in order to become pregnant. Prediction of ovulation was correct. Removing 1 star because the braclet band is cheap and the little loops to hold the bands together both broke by 3 months. Another star removed because it is a garbage pregnancy tracker. If you input the conception date (which is in your data! And more accurate that 1st day of last period) it starts acting like conception date is date of last period, so 4 weeks behind. Stupid. And having to toggle back and forth between week groups is annoying, particularly when the scale for your data increases/decreases is visually different from month to month. Expected much better after the TTC interface was so good.

GBGreat fertility tracking! This watch makes it super convenient to track multiple inputs to fertility. I LOVE the data it gives me and it’s the only app that shows cycle over cycle history overlaid like Ava does which allows me to look at each metric over every cycle to compare. 4 stars due to: Periodically the articles will open in French. When you are pregnant and turn on the pregnancy setting, you lose access to the history tracking I called to above.
