I got pregnant the first month I tried… I got pregnant the first month I tried Ava!!! I am so impressed with how easy it was to use and how accurate it is in predicting my fertile window. Also, the peace of mind I got from not having to worry about ovulation testing every morning was a gift! Worth every penny!!!

Helpful tool If used consistently every night it is a great fertility tracking device. I started using it after coming off the pill and to track my cycle. Also gives good insight into the quality of your sleep. It takes sometime to get used to but found it a very helpful tool.

Poor experience Poor experience. Hire some behavioral scientists. Think through your user flow. It's bad. Your support team also sucks. They say different things. One told me to turn my phone on/off, delete/reinstall. First of all, I had already done that I had said so. Second, a second support person then clarified that it wasn't a bug, that was actually how it was supposed to function. A poor experience.

I ordered a new bracelet I ordered a new bracelet , it didn’t work. Contacted customer service, took almost 2 weeks to hear back. Was offered many different labor intensive steps to make my braclet work. Failed attempts, finally sent another. Same issues with the braclet, did not function from day one. I noticed both were manufactured in 2021. Finally got a third bracelet and it worked, interestingly was manufactured in 2022 this time. Customer service has been horrible in response times and their acceptability for a poorly working device is not right.

This is AMAZING In general: I love this product. One star off is for two things: one - the bracelet is sooo tiny it basically was worn out within the first year and I had to replace it. And the other point - sometimes I have an issue with the app telling me “problem to read data” - I just have to synch it more often and it works. Just a bit annoying. Over all - great product. I have only used the regular version of it (not with guarantee) since reading and doing research about this product - I believed (& believe) it works. Otherwise they would not offer money back guarantee. Best purchase ever. If you don’t have PCOS etc. this is a perfect hormone free birth control solution. But you have to be using it regardless & never unprotected intercourse with strangers ! This is my second pregnancy with the help of Ava ! Thank you so much.
