Great insights but annoying to charge I love the insights that my Ava app gives me! I'm getting a much better understanding of my cycles! The bracelet is comfortable to wear and the sync is quick every morning. I'm just giving it 4 stars because you need to charge it every day which is quite annoying... But I know that this is the only way you can get some accurate data from so many sensors. I just wonder if all the data on top of the temperature (HR etc) is really useful and whether the tempdrop sensor that doesn't need to be charged would have been enough for knowing precisely when I ovulate.

Easy to Use However I find the App inaccurate I love the easy convenience of wearing a device and getting my BBT every morning for tracking. I’ve had my device for 4 years and while it still works the band has broken twice. I have worn it on and off during that time so it should not have torn in my opinion. I also do not find the app accurate. It has never accurately predicted my ovulation or cycle. I have to input the temperature readings into separate apps for better results. It will say that it confirms ovulation when there is no discernible rise that I can see and doesn’t really seem to adjust when my cycle changes. I have been pregnant multiple times while using the device but had I listened to the advice of this app and not consulted others, I’m not sure if I would have been successful. It may be better for someone who has textbook predictable cycles but I can’t say for sure so I wouldn’t recommend it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A RIP OFF: the customer service is silent and inactive, when it does reply after making me wait for 3 weeks, it is unwilling to refund or replace the product which was still under guarantee. I am shocked for a Swiss company! I bought the bracelet in August 2022. After using it less than 6 times, so almost 2 weeks later, the bracelet started malfunctioning and did not charge properly. I contacted the customer service by email (they have no phone number) several times and waited for at least 3 weeks before receiving a proper reply. I asked to replace the product or refund me. They advised me to do some manipulations, which I did. The bracelet still did not work. I sent them all the photos, videos, and all proof that it was not working, and asked again for a refund. Again, their reply every 3 weeks is: do these xyz manipulations and it will work. Of course, everything they suggested me did not work. I paid USD 300 for this fertility bracelet which stopped working in less than 2 weeks!

Great fertility tracking! This watch makes it super convenient to track multiple inputs to fertility. I LOVE the data it gives me and it’s the only app that shows cycle over cycle history overlaid like Ava does which allows me to look at each metric over every cycle to compare. 4 stars due to: Periodically the articles will open in French. When you are pregnant and turn on the pregnancy setting, you lose access to the history tracking I called to above.

This is AMAZING In general: I love this product. One star off is for two things: one - the bracelet is sooo tiny it basically was worn out within the first year and I had to replace it. And the other point - sometimes I have an issue with the app telling me “problem to read data” - I just have to synch it more often and it works. Just a bit annoying. Over all - great product. I have only used the regular version of it (not with guarantee) since reading and doing research about this product - I believed (& believe) it works. Otherwise they would not offer money back guarantee. Best purchase ever. If you don’t have PCOS etc. this is a perfect hormone free birth control solution. But you have to be using it regardless & never unprotected intercourse with strangers ! This is my second pregnancy with the help of Ava ! Thank you so much.
