About Ava Bracelet

The Ava bracelet is reimbursed by thousands of companies. For women who are planning for pregnancy, actively trying, or just want to learn more about their cycles. The female body has been ignored by science for far too long. Ava aims to be a long-term companion for women, providing data-driven and scientifically proven insights along all stages of their reproductive lives. Women want a better understanding of their bodies. Ava provides it by conducting women’s health research, developing innovative products based on that research, and educating to ensure the findings are accessible to all women. Our flagship product, the Ava bracelet, was launched in the US in July 2016, and is now sold worldwide. Worn only during sleep, it provides women with real-time, personalized information about fertility, pregnancy, and general health. The Ava bracelet is the first and only FDA-cleared wearable device that is clinically proven to identify both the opening and closing of the fertile window, letting you know your five best days to try for a baby. Just wear the Ava Bracelet at night to see your five best days to conceive in real time. Ava takes you beyond ovulation day, so you can use your full fertile window to increase your chances of pregnancy. How Ava Conceive works: There are six days a cycle when it's possible to get pregnant. Ava Conceive is clinically proven to recognize five of them. It's easy. Wear Ava to sleep The Ava bracelet collects continuous data while your body is at rest. Wake up and sync In the morning, sync your bracelet to the app to instantly see your results. See your most fertile days Ava Conceive pinpoints your five best days to try for a baby as they're taking place. Track the most fertile days with the greatest accuracy Ava Conceive detects more fertile days than LH tests, which only predict one or two. It works more precisely than a period-tracker app or fitness wearable, which can only estimate your fertile window. And it delivers results in real time, unlike the retrospective temperature method. Avoid fuss and mess With Ava Conceive there’s no need to wake up early to take your temperature or remember to pee on a stick. Just wear the bracelet at night and sync with the app in the morning to see your fertility status in real time. Follow your cycle phases and keep tabs on your health Ava Conceive tracks physiological signals that act as markers for your fluctuating hormone levels. This allows it to detect—not simply predict—which phase of the menstrual cycle you’re in. In addition to fertility tracking, Ava Conceive displays health parameters like temperature, sleep, physiological stress, and resting pulse rate—letting you know when you’re in the best place to make a baby. Track your pregnancy When you get pregnant, continue using Ava Conceive to follow your progress with graphs, trend analysis, and week-by-week content for the whole nine months.

Great insights but annoying to charge I love the insights that my Ava app gives me! I'm getting a much better understanding of my cycles! The bracelet is comfortable to wear and the sync is quick every morning. I'm just giving it 4 stars because you need to charge it every day which is quite annoying... But I know that this is the only way you can get some accurate data from so many sensors. I just wonder if all the data on top of the temperature (HR etc) is really useful and whether the tempdrop sensor that doesn't need to be charged would have been enough for knowing precisely when I ovulate.

Good for TTC, garbage for tracking pregnancy I've used it consistently for 6 months in order to become pregnant. Prediction of ovulation was correct. Removing 1 star because the braclet band is cheap and the little loops to hold the bands together both broke by 3 months. Another star removed because it is a garbage pregnancy tracker. If you input the conception date (which is in your data! And more accurate that 1st day of last period) it starts acting like conception date is date of last period, so 4 weeks behind. Stupid. And having to toggle back and forth between week groups is annoying, particularly when the scale for your data increases/decreases is visually different from month to month. Expected much better after the TTC interface was so good.

Helped me conceive faster! Thanks I really enjoyed using my Ava and I don’t think I would have gotten pregnant nearly as fast without it! My Ava helped me discover I ovulate unusually late in my cycle. Thanks to Ava, we got pregnant after only two months of trying. The key to the Ava is consistency, though. There are occasionally technical glitches but they didn’t affect the overall experience/success though.

Good functionality, but be prepared to craft your own strap The Ava bracelet has been a helpful tool in tracking my fertility, and easily added to my routine. However, the silicone strap broke into pieces after maybe a couple months of use, and Ava would not give me a replacement strap or even sell me one. I've had to finagle my own solution, because without a strap the device is useless.

Poor experience Poor experience. Hire some behavioral scientists. Think through your user flow. It's bad. Your support team also sucks. They say different things. One told me to turn my phone on/off, delete/reinstall. First of all, I had already done that I had said so. Second, a second support person then clarified that it wasn't a bug, that was actually how it was supposed to function. A poor experience.
