GBNick was fantastic Nick was fantastic, service was unbelievable. I was in a jam away from home without my CPAP equipment. I needed equipment urgently and he helped expedite and get the equipment within a few hours on a busy Friday evening at rush hour. I am blown away at this level of service! My vacation to the shore for the weekend would have been ruined without a CPAP. Thanks much Nick!

GBPurchased two ResMed cpap mask… Purchased two ResMed cpap mask cushions. Should have known better as they were $15 cheaper than my usual supplier. Already leaking after less than one month of use. Online "live" chat is worthless. Says they won't refund for products they purchase from a manufacturer! What? UPDATE: Customer service rep just called and claimed that the mask cushion lasts two weeks. Ridiculous! All RedMed online content says they last at least three months. Then he starts yelling and saying that he is going to "blow me up online" because of my review! Can you freaking believe this bullying?

GBI recently needed to purchase a Bi-Pap… I recently needed to purchase a Bi-Pap machine. This was the only company to stock the machine that I wanted. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and even priced matched their competitors. I called in the afternoon. Asked for overnight shipping and received the device the next day. I will buy my supplies and any other medical devices from them.

GBMostly happy My order was delayed for some reason, and wasn’t processed the same day as I had expected it to be. Even though I had paid for expedited handling. When it finally did process, the shipment came in a few days. I had ordered 2 masks with headgear, one of which arrived with a damaged part where the hose is supposed to be connected. No big deal since I already had another. If it wasn’t for the processing delay and shipping delay, I’d award 5 stars. Overall I’m very happy with my experience, but wish they’d have gotten here faster as I was ordering because my mask had broke.

GBExcellent customer service by Nick Excellent customer service by Nick! He helped me with my order on the phone and had my oxygen concentrater shipped that same day. It arrived yesterday, well packaged . Works perfectly and is VERY quiet too!
