The kink resistant and non memory oxygen tubing is performing as described, beyond my expectations, and I am delighted with this product. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

Mostly happy My order was delayed for some reason, and wasn’t processed the same day as I had expected it to be. Even though I had paid for expedited handling. When it finally did process, the shipment came in a few days. I had ordered 2 masks with headgear, one of which arrived with a damaged part where the hose is supposed to be connected. No big deal since I already had another. If it wasn’t for the processing delay and shipping delay, I’d award 5 stars. Overall I’m very happy with my experience, but wish they’d have gotten here faster as I was ordering because my mask had broke.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service . Rude and not helpful at all . Overpriced shipping fees ! Stay away away . Was charged 20% for something in didn't even order because there website processed my order before I could revise it .

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH… I wouldn't buy a bandaid from this company. No customer service and flat out lies about shipping arrivals. When I called as I needed this product for a surgical wound I was hung up on. Let's put them out of business!!!!
