Great customer service This company is so easy to deal with! I had rented a POC from them in the past and when I was ready to buy one they had a refurbished unit available for an unbelievable low price. When I asked about purchasing a second battery I told them the price I'd found on Amazon and they matched it! Quick delivery in an extremely secure well padded box, nice small company, Someone always answers the phone, just ask to speak to your person you've been working with and you're good to go! There is a small business feel to the customer service.

No robots or automated voice menu's that go no where. In this day of high tech, there's nothing more reassuring than talking to a person that know's what they're talking about. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and even priced matched their competitors. I called in the afternoon. Asked for overnight shipping and received the device the next day. I will buy my supplies and any other medical devices from them.
