The owner Alex was fully engaged in listening to Mom’s personable needs and Jeanette was super quick w email replies and follow up. They lent us a machine before we bought one. Alex recommended the Oxymizer to compliment the new machine and it really maximized oxygen while saving the battery. I really can not say enough about the service and amazing outcome. I have been renting an oxygen… I have been renting an oxygen concentrator for three years. Finally grew tired of the rental company. No Insurance Medical Supplies made purchasing the same Phillips machine easy. For the price I paid the rental company, i could have owned two machines a year. I plan to buy another machine in a few months just to have as a backup. Thank you No Insurance Medical Supplies.

Arrived as promised in the exact… Arrived as promised in the exact condition I hoped it would. The price was very reasonable. I was worried it would be sent in some random packaging. Very happy that it was in sealed original packaging. That was important to me as the replacement nasal cushion was obviously going to be on my nose and face. I will order from this company again for sure.

I called them to complain and requested a return and refund and was told I could not return it because of Covid-19. It is junk and now I am down $1895.00. They are crooks and no wonder they rate a F rating from BBB!
