Arrived as promised in the exact… Arrived as promised in the exact condition I hoped it would. The price was very reasonable. I was worried it would be sent in some random packaging. Very happy that it was in sealed original packaging. That was important to me as the replacement nasal cushion was obviously going to be on my nose and face. I will order from this company again for sure.

I needed equipment urgently and he helped expedite and get the equipment within a few hours on a busy Friday evening at rush hour. I am blown away at this level of service! Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. My order indicated overnight service for which I paid over $90. My order never arrived. I called this morning and was told that it was a UPS problem -- they did not pick up orders. I asked why no one let me know that this important order was not shipped and was told: "we do not contact customers." Very disappointed and very upset.

The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and even priced matched their competitors. I called in the afternoon. Asked for overnight shipping and received the device the next day. I will buy my supplies and any other medical devices from them.

Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator… Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator and it always had the alarm go off. I called them to complain and requested a return and refund and was told I could not return it because of Covid-19. It is junk and now I am down $1895.00. They are crooks and no wonder they rate a F rating from BBB!
