GBMostly happy My order was delayed for some reason, and wasn’t processed the same day as I had expected it to be. Even though I had paid for expedited handling. When it finally did process, the shipment came in a few days. I had ordered 2 masks with headgear, one of which arrived with a damaged part where the hose is supposed to be connected. No big deal since I already had another. If it wasn’t for the processing delay and shipping delay, I’d award 5 stars. Overall I’m very happy with my experience, but wish they’d have gotten here faster as I was ordering because my mask had broke.

CAGreat customer service Nick I recently made several large purchases from Nick at No Insurance. Nick was able to expedite payment and shipping of my product extremely well and was great to deal with. Everything went smoothly and I received my shipments without a hitch. I won't hesitate to use No Insurance again. I am very happy.

DE:) A human touch to sales :) Very good service. I'm working overseas on the other side of the globe and had a functional query. A human called me back straight away- twice to answer my query. No robots or automated voice menu's that go no where. In this day of high tech, there's nothing more reassuring than talking to a person that know's what they're talking about. The rep answered the queries straight . The order was sorted and shipped that day.

GBPurchased two ResMed cpap mask… Purchased two ResMed cpap mask cushions. Should have known better as they were $15 cheaper than my usual supplier. Already leaking after less than one month of use. Online "live" chat is worthless. Says they won't refund for products they purchase from a manufacturer! What? UPDATE: Customer service rep just called and claimed that the mask cushion lasts two weeks. Ridiculous! All RedMed online content says they last at least three months. Then he starts yelling and saying that he is going to "blow me up online" because of my review! Can you freaking believe this bullying?

GBGreat customer service This company is so easy to deal with! I had rented a POC from them in the past and when I was ready to buy one they had a refurbished unit available for an unbelievable low price. When I asked about purchasing a second battery I told them the price I'd found on Amazon and they matched it! Quick delivery in an extremely secure well padded box, nice small company, Someone always answers the phone, just ask to speak to your person you've been working with and you're good to go! There is a small business feel to the customer service.
