YOU pay to return AND they charge 20% for the privilege!! Be EXTREMELY SURE you have the right item when you order or they will stick it to you. Go to e-bay or Amazon and stay away from here!!!!!!

GBDefective products can’t return Stay Away! Paid a lot for a new cpap machine which is defective. They refused to exchange it. Spoke with Alex a rude jerk who claims he’s a respiratory therapist AND the owner of the company. He’s as much a respiratory therapist as my dog. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Why? Maybe because he runs a scam company. Called me names. Couldn’t be more unprofessional. Refused to exchange it, spewed out more verbal abuse and hung up. Put in a claim with American Express. Stay away from these crooks.

GBI have been renting an oxygen… I have been renting an oxygen concentrator for three years. Finally grew tired of the rental company. No Insurance Medical Supplies made purchasing the same Phillips machine easy. For the price I paid the rental company, i could have owned two machines a year. I plan to buy another machine in a few months just to have as a backup. Thank you No Insurance Medical Supplies.
