GBGreat customer service This company is so easy to deal with! I had rented a POC from them in the past and when I was ready to buy one they had a refurbished unit available for an unbelievable low price. When I asked about purchasing a second battery I told them the price I'd found on Amazon and they matched it! Quick delivery in an extremely secure well padded box, nice small company, Someone always answers the phone, just ask to speak to your person you've been working with and you're good to go! There is a small business feel to the customer service.

DE:) A human touch to sales :) Very good service. I'm working overseas on the other side of the globe and had a functional query. A human called me back straight away- twice to answer my query. No robots or automated voice menu's that go no where. In this day of high tech, there's nothing more reassuring than talking to a person that know's what they're talking about. The rep answered the queries straight . The order was sorted and shipped that day.

GBArrived as promised in the exact… Arrived as promised in the exact condition I hoped it would. The price was very reasonable. I was worried it would be sent in some random packaging. Very happy that it was in sealed original packaging. That was important to me as the replacement nasal cushion was obviously going to be on my nose and face. I will order from this company again for sure.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. My order indicated overnight service for which I paid over $90. My order never arrived. I called this morning and was told that it was a UPS problem -- they did not pick up orders. I asked why no one let me know that this important order was not shipped and was told: "we do not contact customers." Very disappointed and very upset.
