Great customer service Nick I recently made several large purchases from Nick at No Insurance. Nick was able to expedite payment and shipping of my product extremely well and was great to deal with. Everything went smoothly and I received my shipments without a hitch. I won't hesitate to use No Insurance again. I am very happy.

Defective products can’t return Stay Away! Paid a lot for a new cpap machine which is defective. They refused to exchange it. Spoke with Alex a rude jerk who claims he’s a respiratory therapist AND the owner of the company. He’s as much a respiratory therapist as my dog. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Why? Maybe because he runs a scam company. Called me names. Couldn’t be more unprofessional. Refused to exchange it, spewed out more verbal abuse and hung up. Put in a claim with American Express. Stay away from these crooks.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. My order indicated overnight service for which I paid over $90. My order never arrived. I called this morning and was told that it was a UPS problem -- they did not pick up orders. I asked why no one let me know that this important order was not shipped and was told: "we do not contact customers." Very disappointed and very upset.
