Nick was able to expedite payment and shipping of my product extremely well and was great to deal with. Everything went smoothly and I received my shipments without a hitch. USDefective products can’t return Stay Away! Paid a lot for a new cpap machine which is defective. They refused to exchange it. Spoke with Alex a rude jerk who claims he’s a respiratory therapist AND the owner of the company. He’s as much a respiratory therapist as my dog. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Why? Maybe because he runs a scam company. Called me names. Couldn’t be more unprofessional. Refused to exchange it, spewed out more verbal abuse and hung up. Put in a claim with American Express. Stay away from these crooks.

USVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. My order indicated overnight service for which I paid over $90. My order never arrived. I called this morning and was told that it was a UPS problem -- they did not pick up orders. I asked why no one let me know that this important order was not shipped and was told: "we do not contact customers." Very disappointed and very upset.
