YOU pay to return AND they charge 20% for the privilege!! Be EXTREMELY SURE you have the right item when you order or they will stick it to you. Go to e-bay or Amazon and stay away from here!!!!!!

Defective products can’t return Stay Away! Paid a lot for a new cpap machine which is defective. They refused to exchange it. Spoke with Alex a rude jerk who claims he’s a respiratory therapist AND the owner of the company. He’s as much a respiratory therapist as my dog. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Why? Maybe because he runs a scam company. Called me names. Couldn’t be more unprofessional. Refused to exchange it, spewed out more verbal abuse and hung up. Put in a claim with American Express. Stay away from these crooks.

I have been renting an oxygen… I have been renting an oxygen concentrator for three years. Finally grew tired of the rental company. No Insurance Medical Supplies made purchasing the same Phillips machine easy. For the price I paid the rental company, i could have owned two machines a year. I plan to buy another machine in a few months just to have as a backup. Thank you No Insurance Medical Supplies.

The personnel on the phone was… The personnel on the phone was knowledgeable and courteous and patient. The product arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date. The kink resistant and non memory oxygen tubing is performing as described, beyond my expectations, and I am delighted with this product. Thank you and keep up the good work!!
