I have been renting an oxygen… I have been renting an oxygen concentrator for three years. Finally grew tired of the rental company. No Insurance Medical Supplies made purchasing the same Phillips machine easy. For the price I paid the rental company, i could have owned two machines a year. Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator… Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator and it always had the alarm go off. I called them to complain and requested a return and refund and was told I could not return it because of Covid-19. It is junk and now I am down $1895.00. They are crooks and no wonder they rate a F rating from BBB!
