Skeptical, but hear me out. Well, I came across the ad for the product being sold on Instagram. My lower back hurts, but I was skeptical to order. We all know how most products advertise on those platforms are. I read a little of the products info and the magic phrase appeared, 30 days money back guarantee. Honestly, I knew in my heart that when I received it that to be careful unwrapping it cause it's not going to work. Needless to say, 3 weeks in to the product and honestly my back feels much better, pretty much no pain. I have now thrown out all the packaging because it's not getting returned. Good tool to improve posture I purchased the neck & back stretcher. It worked really well to relieve the tension in my upper and lower back. Very poor customer service! I recently received my back stretcher and have sent three emails already as well as requested info on the online website forum, still no response from them! I am starting to get very concerned that I may have been totally mislead by their advertising jargon? Do they actually care?
