Strecter to hard and can not adjust in level The strecter is not adjustable and to hard for the back eg. If you are sensitive in Lumbar region. Has written 3 times to Acemend without any respons?? After a 1 week the company never returned with any answers to my request ??? 24.9 Company has contacted me today and we have sucessfully found a solution and refund.

Refresh Back Stretcher I'm facing a serious lumbar disc herniation problem and it's been more than two months from end of June till now. I'd like to say since I received the product, it does help a lot during my recovery period, and I'm still working on that, 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins during the afternoon. It makes my back feel relax after every 10 mins laying down.

new user for the Acemend back stretcher I received the acemend refresh stretcher just today and have used it twice. I am surprised how quickly I felt the results for my lower back/sciatica. The sciatica has kept me out of the gym and has been very frustrating but I am excited to get such quick results and looking forward to resuming my cardio workouts on the Accutrainer.

I was told that the cost of my shipping it back to I the US would it be viable and was offered a 20% refund which was not acceptable. SO much for their full refund policy. I thought that I had seen on Facebook that they offered a 90 day trial and so I waited until the 90 days to request a full refund again. This has been declined and now that the 30 days has passed are offering me NO refund. Please beware when ordering through Facebook from this company.
