REFUND GUARANTEE IS A LIE … The refund guarantee is a lie. It has not worked for me. I contacted customer services several times to request a refund and to return the product, but no reply. Also it took 3 weeks to come, and no instructions on how to use it. You can’t just lay on it if you’re shorter than advertised male. Again I asked for help /instruction on use, no reply. Very disappointed after reading all the positive feedback which made me buy it. Also it was more expensive to order directly with AcemendUK than Amazon I wish I had used Amazon it would have been far easier to return.

Shady company shipping from China Never buy a product from a company whose country of origin is not stated on the website. Which country does Acemend come from? Which country do they pay their taxes? Is it USA= Also, their products are shipped from Cainiao, China, a red flag! I would avoid them unless the product is superior.

new user for the Acemend back stretcher I received the acemend refresh stretcher just today and have used it twice. I am surprised how quickly I felt the results for my lower back/sciatica. The sciatica has kept me out of the gym and has been very frustrating but I am excited to get such quick results and looking forward to resuming my cardio workouts on the Accutrainer.
