Very poor customer service! I recently received my back stretcher and have sent three emails already as well as requested info on the online website forum, still no response from them! I am starting to get very concerned that I may have been totally mislead by their advertising jargon? Do they actually care?

new user for the Acemend back stretcher I received the acemend refresh stretcher just today and have used it twice. I am surprised how quickly I felt the results for my lower back/sciatica. Skeptical, but hear me out. Well, I came across the ad for the product being sold on Instagram. My lower back hurts, but I was skeptical to order.
