This product works. After using the back stretcher daily for a week, I'm no longer in a continuously uncomfortable state. Acemend helped me relieve the majority of my lower back pain and sciatica with a what appeared to be just a cushion. Good tool to improve posture I purchased the neck & back stretcher. It worked really well to relieve the tension in my upper and lower back. I was told that the cost of my shipping it back to I the US would it be viable and was offered a 20% refund which was not acceptable. SO much for their full refund policy. I thought that I had seen on Facebook that they offered a 90 day trial and so I waited until the 90 days to request a full refund again. This has been declined and now that the 30 days has passed are offering me NO refund. Please beware when ordering through Facebook from this company.
