Refresh Back Stretcher I'm facing a serious lumbar disc herniation problem and it's been more than two months from end of June till now. I'd like to say since I received the product, it does help a lot during my recovery period, and I'm still working on that, 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins during the afternoon. It makes my back feel relax after every 10 mins laying down.

I have attempted to contact this… I have attempted to contact this company several times via email (as they require) to request a refund as I'm not happy with this product. To date I have not received any response! As they have no phone contact listed I will now go thru my credit card company to take care of this.

Very bad service from this so called… Very bad service from this so called company , placed an order and then 10 minutes later a decided to cancel it and have emailed them to do so .not had a response from them until they said it already shipped and they can’t do anything about. Also never received my order , i have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back . 0 stars for this shady company

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I requested a refund within 30 days as then product was not suitable for my husband who I had purchased it for. I was told that the cost of my shipping it back to I the US would it be viable and was offered a 20% refund which was not acceptable. SO much for their full refund policy. I thought that I had seen on Facebook that they offered a 90 day trial and so I waited until the 90 days to request a full refund again. This has been declined and now that the 30 days has passed are offering me NO refund. Please beware when ordering through Facebook from this company.

This product works. After using the back stretcher daily for a week, I'm no longer in a continuously uncomfortable state. Acemend helped me relieve the majority of my lower back pain and sciatica with a what appeared to be just a cushion. I gave it a chance and I've gained more relief from this product than I did from months of chiropractor appointments. I am extremely happy with this product.
