GBThe ordering process is a challenge and shipping is poor The ordering process is a challenge. If you decide to pay as you go, different forms are required. The pricing didn't match so an adjustment was made. When it came to shipping the device, they missed the address 2x. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the device to show up. In the end it will be 3 weeks before I see it will all the corrections their distributor has had to correct.

GBGreat customer service It was an amazing experience to order I Nap. Matt and Olivere were simply awesome in explaining the device . It’s a great device that I can offer my patients as an alternative to a Cpap machine.

GBChin strap, detailed product description I ordered items that don't fit my machine. It would be nice if there were detailed explainations next to the items. I also wish you made a face/chin strap. No matter how I lay it always falls out of my mouth!
