GBParents pay a lot for these programs Parents pay a lot for these programs. Extensions without parental input are illegal. One employee lied about saying the program was closed last year. I agree that intensive programs are essential but oversight is crucial but spot inspections are not allowed and that is illegal. There is a Patients Bill of Rights. This is not allowable.

GBVery helpful people in the call center Very helpful people in the call center, able to put you in touch with their therapists and counselors, if you are concerned about sending your teen, like we were.
Disgusted in NY
GBWould not trust my loved one with this Unprofessional staff. I tell everyone I know to not call them.. The Treatment center did basically nothing for my child. Yes, he was a bit uncooperative as I am sure most people getting 12 hours notice that they are being sent away would be. They lied, told us they would escort my son to the airport for us to pick him up in NY on his arrival. When we would not agree to extend beyond his 45 days agreed upon and leave him there through the holidays. They basically told us to come get him ourselves, the day before Thanksgiving. They would not help us at all. They are not professionals in any way shape or form. They mixed my sons file with another child and called to deliver news to us that was for another child. They are basically funnelling kids into this center, abusing their insurance, sticking him in a room to discuss his feelings in group 6 out of 8 hours in a day. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TEENAGERS. i would love to see their success rates..

GBHonest straight up facts I was in ignite for a while and I'm not gonna say a lot, just that it's not a professional place and I don't want to get in to details but if I was you I would stay away from it, good luck

GBWe looked at a lot of facilities for … We looked at a lot of facilities for our son. What made us choose Teen Treatment Center was how secure we felt the center was. There's a lot of work to do still, but I think we're on the right path. Treatment isn't cheap (at least it wasn't for us) but it may be depending on insurance.
