GBgreat customer service I actually haven't had my card reader long enough to have used it yet, I have been satisfied with the service I've received, quick responses & knowledgeable staff. One thing I was disappointed about was the card reader doesn't connect while I have my Otter Box case on my iPhone. Since having cases are pretty common with this phone, I would've liked a solution to that before I received my reader. I'll have to remove my case each time I use it, or buy an extender which is about $30.

GBGreat Coustomer service, answered every question I had. So far my experience with this company has been wonderful! It was very easy and quick to set up the account over the phone. I ordered my reader before a holiday so I will be receiving that soon, I even received a packet with the sticker that says we now accept visa, MasterCard exc. which I am very excited about! I think this was an awesome addition to starting up my business and can't wait to see the ease of use with the reader, and the rates are the lowest I found anywhere. The coustomer service was great they walked me through every step of the whole process. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends!

GBI agree that the customer service is… I agree that the customer service is poor and needs some improvement. I waited on the phone line for 20 minutes, and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do with my issue and just hung up on me!

GBthey Do what they promise. The best way to describe what the do for me is by keeping me informed by not only their very easy web site, but by e-mails and yes by USPS!. They are taking care of a very sensitive and private matter for me and at every contact with them its very apparent they understand this.
