GBMuch better than expected! Our company constantly had people calling to get us to change merchant service providers. We were, quite frankly, satisified with our old company, and really didn't see any need to change. Sometimes it is much easier to just keep things the same. But, once we decided to make the switch, we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went after the change. No broken promises, no hidden charges, no frustrations. Service has been excellent and very much appreciated.

GBEquity Commerce have been very helpful in the transition between companies. Equity Commerce has done a wonderful job in helping with the transition between companies. To date we have seen savings from making the move to equity commerce. Josh is very easy to contact and if for some reason he is not available to take a call he returns my call within a very small time period. The only real problem we have had during this switch is becoming pci compliant but we need to have our IT tech make changes here in order for us to pass it is out of equity commerce control at this point.

GBI agree that the customer service is… I agree that the customer service is poor and needs some improvement. I waited on the phone line for 20 minutes, and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do with my issue and just hung up on me!
