great customer service I actually haven't had my card reader long enough to have used it yet, I have been satisfied with the service I've received, quick responses & knowledgeable staff. One thing I was disappointed about was the card reader doesn't connect while I have my Otter Box case on my iPhone. Since having cases are pretty common with this phone, I would've liked a solution to that before I received my reader. I'll have to remove my case each time I use it, or buy an extender which is about $30.

Much better than expected! Our company constantly had people calling to get us to change merchant service providers. We were, quite frankly, satisified with our old company, and really didn't see any need to change. Sometimes it is much easier to just keep things the same. But, once we decided to make the switch, we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went after the change. No broken promises, no hidden charges, no frustrations. Service has been excellent and very much appreciated.

I agree that the customer service is… I agree that the customer service is poor and needs some improvement. I waited on the phone line for 20 minutes, and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do with my issue and just hung up on me!

Poor iPhone app integration It's been almost 2 months of phone calls to get this problem fixed. But still no success.
