Equity Commerce have been very helpful in the transition between companies. Equity Commerce has done a wonderful job in helping with the transition between companies. To date we have seen savings from making the move to equity commerce. Josh is very easy to contact and if for some reason he is not available to take a call he returns my call within a very small time period. The only real problem we have had during this switch is becoming pci compliant but we need to have our IT tech make changes here in order for us to pass it is out of equity commerce control at this point.

Great Coustomer service, answered every question I had. So far my experience with this company has been wonderful! It was very easy and quick to set up the account over the phone. I ordered my reader before a holiday so I will be receiving that soon, I even received a packet with the sticker that says we now accept visa, MasterCard exc. which I am very excited about! I think this was an awesome addition to starting up my business and can't wait to see the ease of use with the reader, and the rates are the lowest I found anywhere. The coustomer service was great they walked me through every step of the whole process. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends!

Excellent & trustworthy merchant processor Equity commerce has been great for us. They showed us we didn't have to lease equipment, and didn't have to sign a contract with those cancellation fees. We have been given excellent customer service with no long on hold times, and no waiting to talk to some one who dosn't care about customer service. We trust Eqyuity Commerce to have our best interest in mind.

they Do what they promise. The best way to describe what the do for me is by keeping me informed by not only their very easy web site, but by e-mails and yes by USPS!. They are taking care of a very sensitive and private matter for me and at every contact with them its very apparent they understand this.

Poor iPhone app integration It's been almost 2 months of phone calls to get this problem fixed. But still no success.
