probably should give a little better… probably should give a little better score.the things that could be better is my fault anyway.i needed replacement parts filters for a long time but have trouble making phone calls due to depression.wish they had a system where they would notice if someone hasn't kept up and may be in need.

UnReliable Respiratory more like I have been waiting 8 weeks for a CPAP machine. I called them (second time) for an update and was told the order was not proceeding, and never had been. They had not bothered to call or email me or my doctor's office to inform anyone of an issue. Customer service score = -10. Is it so hrd to pick up phone and call someone?

More Than Happy From the first time I had called Reliable Respiratory I have had nothing but good things to say. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail so that I would understand. The delivery's arrived as they said they would, ordering my oxygen bottle's were more than easy. They helped me to make my trip to Florida with oxygen, I will be back to Massachusetts in 60 days and will deal with Reliable Respiratory as soon as I get home. I never give anyone 5 stars because I feel there is always room for improvements. Jim P.

Apnea mask does not fit Apnea mask does not fit. Have called several times to correct it. Have gotten no response until physicians office called. Tech was sent out with a different style mask that was worse. Would listen about fit problems. Still have not received any supplies since I first got the machine at the end of Oct. Customer service rep said we got supplies when we received the machine. Explained I only got a few extra air filters. She insisted I was wrong. Then said my insurance will only pay for quarterly supplies. But they send their bill every month. Cannot get any service to get a fit to correct a serious medical problem.

UNACCEPTABLE DIRECTIONS & FEEDBACK The “cPac” equipment was very imposing. The instructions provided by the Instructor were not. Going through how you put it on ONCE doesn’t make you confident you are doing it trght. BigBrother looking over your shoulder doesn’t explain if they know either. But the worst of it is that there are no printed instructions,explanations & people you can just call if you have questions. I will complain to my DR.
