GBWhere can I start Where can I start? From start they never read the full report given by doctor so got my info for Medicare ins. wrong. Turned into tug of war with billing, it took pres. of company to get on phone and finally apologized for there mistake. But billing dept still kept sending bills. Not so great with supply service either. Could not wait for one year contract to end! Goodbye Not so Reliable Respiratory!

GBReliable Lives Up to Their Name Reliable has been my CPAP provider for 10 years. They are simply a great, local company that provides *exceptional* service. Anytime I call for supplies, I talk to a live human in 1-2 minutes that knows what I am looking for. Anytime I call with a billing question, they are very helpful and know the details of insurance reimbursement. It's a very nice, professional group of people. I hope they remain in business for a long time!!!

GBMy experience with RR is not great My experience with RR is not great. They always try to add expensive things of no value to you to your order, for instance twice they added $100plus cushions to my order of a new breathing mask, but could not even provide any information on how to use these cushions, even though I asked for it several times. A total waste of money. At other times they added other things equally useless. Their air filters (squares of area about 1 x 2 inches) for the air intake of the breathing machine at $6/filter are an outrage of overpricing. I stay only because of the hassle of getting the prescriptions you need to get a new provider.

GBRocky Setup but Good Afterward Early on, we had a few problems with me changing the original payment plan I had chosen. It took two payment cycles to sort out. Once that was done, it was all smooth sailing. They have always been professional and nice, but we kept butting heads over me paying them more up front for smaller monthly payments, which was oddly one of the original options they gave me. I chose the other option, only because I thought I couldn't budget for the one-time huge payment, but when I found I could, I called them well before pickup to change it to that option. Somehow, it kept going wrong.
