Result unreliable RA kit was easy enough to perform, and I received results in a timely manner. However, I had same lab work done in an outside lab to confirm, a few days after receiving my result and it was completely different. Imaware results showed I had a high level of level of Anti-CCP antibodies, however results from LabCorp showed essentially none.

It may be my issue but when I purchased… It may be my issue but when I purchased the test I was under the impression it would tell me a definitive answer on whether I had Celiac or not. Instead it gave me a percentage of likelihood of me having it. That’s not helpful to me.

Possibly not accurate Nothing in the test says you should be eating a lot of gluten before you take the test. It's cut back months before for calorie considerations. After reading up on celiac and testing, I now think the test was inaccurate because I was barely eating any and hadn't been for sometime. I thought just a little should be enough for the test. My DNA says I'm likely to have celiac and my aunt was just diagnosed with it (after I did my test).

First of all First of all. The first email I recieved from your company had an instructional video on how to operate the blood draw equipment. This video never worked. I have gone back to the web page and the video would never load. Therefore, the reason it took me so long to send my blood sample back was because I believed, due to the instructions, that I had to watch the video first. Next, I decided I would go ahead and go through the process without watching the video. The picture instructions were helpful. Yet, the first lancit I attempted to take the cap off of broke. Thank goodness, I thought, that there was a second lancit. Well, I was able to take the cap off successfully but when I attempted to pearce my finger the lancit was too short. Therefore I had to cut my own finger with a razor blade to draw blood. The rest of the process was easy enough and I sent it off to you.
