First of all First of all. The first email I recieved from your company had an instructional video on how to operate the blood draw equipment. This video never worked. I have gone back to the web page and the video would never load. Therefore, the reason it took me so long to send my blood sample back was because I believed, due to the instructions, that I had to watch the video first. Next, I decided I would go ahead and go through the process without watching the video. The picture instructions were helpful. Yet, the first lancit I attempted to take the cap off of broke. Thank goodness, I thought, that there was a second lancit. Well, I was able to take the cap off successfully but when I attempted to pearce my finger the lancit was too short. Therefore I had to cut my own finger with a razor blade to draw blood. The rest of the process was easy enough and I sent it off to you.

Haven’t gotten results yet, Even after 16 days. I mailed my sample out on June 10th, and did not hear anything until I finally emailed on the 22nd. I was promptly emailed back, and was told I would definitely have my results very soon. Unfortunately, it is the 27th today, and I have still not received results. I am quite disappointed. The only reason I gave more than one star is because the email response I got was very courteous. But I just can’t really be satisfied with my experience, when I never did get the test results I was seeking.

Disappointed The test was a little pricey but I loved the fact I could just return my sample in my mail box. My biggest disappointment was that my test was inconclusive, there was enough blood just one of my markers was a little elevated so I didn’t learn a thing from the test and wasted $80

Lancets were very difficult to use Lancets were very difficult to use, both broke, making blood draw long and painful.

Collecting blood uncomfortable The Lancet used to cut your finger is a small blade. Squeezing blood out of your finger was kind of difficult. The labs near where I live wont draw blood without a doctor's orders so I hope this is reliable. You are supposed to send your blood back without any ice pack or anything to keep it cold which concerned me so I hope that doesnt effect anything. But i would do this again if there was a test I thought I needed but couldnt get.
