Good treatment, poor facitlities. The care and treatment was very good. The building has terrible leaks and smells like sewer all the time. Ceiling tile are wet, carpets wet against the walls. Also certain staff have very poor people skills and are quite rude to the patients, acting as if they are better than them.

Billing and intake a horrible experience Intake was an awful experience. Florida agent assured that we had a bed available and we arrived to a full institution. Also, agent did not inform us that she wouldn't be admitted if blood alcohol level exceeded a certain level so they sent us to hospital for detoxification.

Big mistake Insurance denied the claim because the documentation provided did not support what was billed. I agree. All this facility cares about is money and I was charged for many services that did not occur. Non of the amenities boasted by the admission liars... were offered. The bed I was provided upon arrival had been peed on, the staff didn't care and I ended up having to flip it. I also had no clean bed sheets and was told I'd have to wait a couple days to get clean bed sheets because it was women's laundry day not men's. How is it possible that a new admission is not provided with new bed sheets.

Life changing experience I can't express enough how amazing my time at the recovery village was. I had no idea what to expect before I arrived but within the first few minutes I realized that this was the place that was going to help put my life back on track. The genuine care that I received from the entire staff was extremely comforting at the time I needed it most.

Go elsewhere. Co-ed not controlled. Husband woke up the first night with the roommate hand up his leg. He was terrified. He was uncomfortable that female nurses check him in with all 'pockets' checked. Too many smoke breaks. Should offer nicotine therapy instead. Massages given if you can afford them. A couple of very good clinicians. To me this facility focuses more in keeping a clean appearance than their 'clients' as patients are called. Inappropriate co-ed contact was reported on field trip while my loved one was there.
