very bad they are involved in the… very bad they are involved in the business of collecting and selling your data!! start away from this business. once they have your data there is no turning back. they aggressively try to label you a drug addict so they can turn profit out of you. just run away from this company, use another company but not this one please.

Terrible therapy Terrible therapy. Not 12 step base. Barely CBT. Not DBT. Trauma Therapist tells clinical director everything about patient's session then patient immediately discharged for bogus reasons. Like finical even though patient willing to be a self pay. Patients' rooms horrible. Hospital beds in each room and no televisions. Worst alcoholic and mental health treatment facility.

Billing and intake a horrible experience Intake was an awful experience. Florida agent assured that we had a bed available and we arrived to a full institution. Also, agent did not inform us that she wouldn't be admitted if blood alcohol level exceeded a certain level so they sent us to hospital for detoxification.

would never recommend this facility Rebecca who checked me in was the only staff member that seemed to care. She was so nice and informative. Once I entered into the detox center I could not believe the attitudes of the employees. I was just there for a five day detox. We had meditation twice. The rest of the time you just did whatever you wanted, sleep, walk around or go out and smoke. No structure was so ever. The food was disgusting. I resorted to eating pbj sandwiches for dinner . The breakfasts were uneatable and the only good thing at lunch was a salad. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. They just want your money and don't pay any attention to your addiction or try to help you to recovery.
