USBad experience with inconsiderate staff with attitude; supervisor even less helpful and with worse attitude Staff with attitude started bad experience ; provided my drivers license for ID ; Staff didn't except written certification of completion of training as prerequisite for testing ; Oakstone representative provided certificate of training but unacceptable by staff ! Finally allowed to take exam Passed exam but staff member lost my drivers license , needless to say they say exam maybe invalid due to lack of ID

USLast night I tried to sit for an exam Last night I tried to sit for an exam. I went through the check in process at least four time due to the exam just disappearing or not starting. After speaking with tech support, they told me to disable my antivirus and I did. After just a few more questions, same issue. Customer services said I needed a ticket number to reschedule the exam which I was never given. I was told I could not take the exam due to having to restart the process too many time. I wish I could give no stars. I have had to talk to multiple people and still no answer as to if I will have to pay to retake the exam due to no fault of my own. This is my first and last time using this proctor. Pearson would never put people through this mess.

USRediculous !!!!! Rediculous !!!!! I worked for 2 years as CNA !! Now they saying you have to find the job in 4 days who is willing in to renew certificate ( by the way certificate expires in 4 days ) the facility who is obligated by law renew do not care either … So sad that upon a time I deceided to pay 850$ for school150$ for test and no one carrying 🙄

USAbsolute garbage Absolute garbage, just reading their brochure notifies you how invasive and unwaveringly authoritarian this setup is, leaving you with no power, and some random unknown individual (or even an AI with their updated services) having ultimate control over whether or not you are following their rules.

USStay far away from this company...SCAM ALERT! I made my appointment in February 2024, paid my money to go to a site that is now closed. They just sent me a notice saturday evening before a monday morning onsite exam. They make no mention of a refund or where I can get it done. This was the last day for me before I have to send my results in for my university. This company is a scam. Notify your bank for a reversal of charges. Report to the BBB ASAP!
