Misinformation and incompetence is the plot. To try and change the ending I drove to a test site. The exam was cancelled due to platform failure. They were considerate enough to send me an email at 330pm that the exam was cancelled with their apology for the inconvenience. LOL Check in was at 1230 for the 1pm exam.

Not even one star Not even one star. I tried to schedule my exams and spots kept getting filled within seconds. It pushed me a month back so I quickly scheduled what I could. I called to ask if I could get in any sooner and I'd have to pay a rescheduling fee of $35. The only reason I scheduled it was to secure a spot to not get pushed back even further hoping they could make some accommodation. Also, they couldn't help me change the order of times I already scheduled same day without paying 3 different rescheduling fees. Very ridiculous. I'm asking for minor changes.

Software issues, online help totally incompetent & completely uninterested, phone line help - opening hours does not match advertised on website & in corresponding emails, help line quality severely poor & unable to converse in basic english. Refused to help stating I shall have to pay again to attempt exam.

Terrible treatment at Prometric's Satellite testing center I signed up to take ASE recertification tests at Prometric's satellite center in north Houston. I have taken tests here before and their service was marginal at best as they never sent an email confirmation. I simply showed up at the assigned time and was able to take the tests. This time they cancelled me without informing me so when I got there the center was closed. Calls to their number went unanswered so I was forced to reenroll and drive to a distant location. Fortunately the other location was well staffed, polite, and professional so I successfully finished my tests there.
