I have disorder and many notes I have disorder and many notes. I have ADA RIGHT for exam accommodations, they would not accept papers from certain MEDICAL DOCTOR because he does not specialize in condition. I would have to take exam without exam accommodations because it is just to expensive to see a new provider and go through testing. It would cost about $2,7000

FRUSTATED.. FRUSTATED... I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE START THE TEST 5AM ... Software issues, online help totally incompetent & completely uninterested, phone line help - opening hours does not match advertised on website & in corresponding emails, help line quality severely poor & unable to converse in basic english. Refused to help stating I shall have to pay again to attempt exam.

So'le and Mary were the awesome support team… So'le and Mary were the support team members when I was there today - Jan 19th 2023. Not only were they professional, they were fun and uplifting and did not hesitate to tell us if we had questions to ask. I've had nothing but good experiences with Prometric. I've used their services for 3 different tests and all of the staff there has been nothing but professional.

Horrible Service Can't believe CSI uses this terrible service. I logged in for my exam. Got my security check done. I waited for my proctor for over 15 minutes and no one showed, so I disconnected and tried to reconnect. Now it says my confirmation # doesn't work. Tried all the troubleshooting on Prometric website and after several attempts, finally got a person on chat who couldn't help me. They referred me back to CSI who says I have to reschedule my exam. And they wouldn't even do it right away. If you have other options, don't go through CSI.

How does this place still exist How does this place still exist? They are clearly hated by all of us who have had an experience with them. Anyhow, I had rude proctors who were inconsistent with their standards and the software crashed and kicked me out of my near finished exam. And when I tried to get back in, a new proctor was not satisfied with the testing environment that had been approved by the previous proctor. Adding insult to injury, they counted their software crash as one of my 3 attempts at logging back in. Overall, and ADC exam which should have taken an hour tops turned into over three. Please, if you have other options, do not go with the ProProctor program and just test in person. I promise it will be worth the mileage and time.
