Last night I tried to sit for an exam Last night I tried to sit for an exam. I went through the check in process at least four time due to the exam just disappearing or not starting. After speaking with tech support, they told me to disable my antivirus and I did. After just a few more questions, same issue. Customer services said I needed a ticket number to reschedule the exam which I was never given. I was told I could not take the exam due to having to restart the process too many time. I wish I could give no stars. I have had to talk to multiple people and still no answer as to if I will have to pay to retake the exam due to no fault of my own. This is my first and last time using this proctor. Pearson would never put people through this mess.

So'le and Mary were the awesome support team… So'le and Mary were the support team members when I was there today - Jan 19th 2023. Not only were they professional, they were fun and uplifting and did not hesitate to tell us if we had questions to ask. I've had nothing but good experiences with Prometric. I've used their services for 3 different tests and all of the staff there has been nothing but professional.

SO bad SO bad. Why does everyone hire this company? Borderline (or outright) hostile to anyone who seeks support for the MANY issues that come up. Proctors never showing up, leaving halfway through, accusing you of cheating or breaking the rules, system malfunctions, program bugs, etc. These issues have been recurring for Prometric for at least 5 years... why in gods name are they still in business without fixing anything?

Rediculous !!!!! Rediculous !!!!! I worked for 2 years as CNA !! Now they saying you have to find the job in 4 days who is willing in to renew certificate ( by the way certificate expires in 4 days ) the facility who is obligated by law renew do not care either … So sad that upon a time I deceided to pay 850$ for school150$ for test and no one carrying 🙄

I have ADA RIGHT for exam accommodations, they would not accept papers from certain MEDICAL DOCTOR because he does not specialize in condition. I would have to take exam without exam accommodations because it is just to expensive to see a new provider and go through testing. It would cost about $2,7000
