Rediculous !!!!! Rediculous !!!!! I worked for 2 years as CNA !! Now they saying you have to find the job in 4 days who is willing in to renew certificate ( by the way certificate expires in 4 days ) the facility who is obligated by law renew do not care either … So sad that upon a time I deceided to pay 850$ for school150$ for test and no one carrying 🙄

Twice I have had exams booked and twice… Twice I have had exams booked and twice I’ve been unable to write due to connectivity/launch concerns. Both times the computers (yes, I had a main and a back up computer) passed the pre checks. Both downloaded the app. Over 3hours for *each* attempt with tech support and no resolution. Chat bot kicked me out several times. Human tech support via provided wrong phone number to “escalate”. Escalation tells me there is nothing they can do and I cannot rebook through them. Unbelievable run around with no answers, technical or otherwise.

So'le and Mary were the awesome support team… So'le and Mary were the support team members when I was there today - Jan 19th 2023. Not only were they professional, they were fun and uplifting and did not hesitate to tell us if we had questions to ask. I've had nothing but good experiences with Prometric. I've used their services for 3 different tests and all of the staff there has been nothing but professional.

I have disorder and many notes I have disorder and many notes. I have ADA RIGHT for exam accommodations, they would not accept papers from certain MEDICAL DOCTOR because he does not specialize in condition. I would have to take exam without exam accommodations because it is just to expensive to see a new provider and go through testing. It would cost about $2,7000

Horrible Service Can't believe CSI uses this terrible service. I logged in for my exam. Got my security check done. I waited for my proctor for over 15 minutes and no one showed, so I disconnected and tried to reconnect. Now it says my confirmation # doesn't work. Tried all the troubleshooting on Prometric website and after several attempts, finally got a person on chat who couldn't help me. They referred me back to CSI who says I have to reschedule my exam. And they wouldn't even do it right away. If you have other options, don't go through CSI.
