GBHeritage was great to work with Heritage was great to work with. We ordered a part for a Rinnai hot water heater and Heritage did not have it in stock. It took almost a month for Rinnai to send the part to Heritage. However, Heritage was always willing to provide me an update and they sent the part out the same day it was finally received.

IEIf you don't have it in stock then… If you don't have it in stock then apply this on your website... Waiting weeks for a tiny part that's on a pallet in germany they tell me... Waste of my time really...

GBfast shipping, friendly staff fast shipping, very good friendly service on the phone. prices are competitive. i wish only that I did not haft to read the covid 19 page every time I log onto my account and haft to wait for it to go away even after hitting the x button multiple times.

GBGot the correct parts in the best time… Got the correct parts in the best time considering backorder. Do wonder a bit whey they do not stock such a common items as "O" rings.
