Never let me down I have been purchasing from Heritage Parts for nearly 10 years now and am always impressed with the great customer service. They have never let me down and find parts I cannot find anywhere else.

Your company was great. But UPS is not. Your company was great. But the UPS delivery didn’t get the part to me until 2 days later, not next day as I was told. I recommend giving your customer the option to pay a little extra for next day delivery, rather than telling me ground delivery will get it to me next day. UPS assured me that they were under no obligation to deliver my package for 5 full business days after they pick it up. So 6 business days total. So 4 stars rather than 5.

If you don't have it in stock then… If you don't have it in stock then apply this on your website... Waiting weeks for a tiny part that's on a pallet in germany they tell me... Waste of my time really...

fast shipping, friendly staff fast shipping, very good friendly service on the phone. prices are competitive. i wish only that I did not haft to read the covid 19 page every time I log onto my account and haft to wait for it to go away even after hitting the x button multiple times.
