IEIf you don't have it in stock then… If you don't have it in stock then apply this on your website... Waiting weeks for a tiny part that's on a pallet in germany they tell me... Waste of my time really...

USGood service poor delivery Part was a Perfect fit. Shipping was 2 days later then what I paid extra for though. I should receive a credit for my two day shipping fee I paid for. I was not happy that I paid the extra to get it here faster than my tenant had to go without heat for an additional two days.

USSince Heritage was bought out or taken… Since Heritage was bought out or taken over by this new company I can say the following. The service has dropped to near nothing. One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !
