Never let me down I have been purchasing from Heritage Parts for nearly 10 years now and am always impressed with the great customer service. They have never let me down and find parts I cannot find anywhere else.

Since Heritage was bought out or taken… Since Heritage was bought out or taken over by this new company I can say the following. The service has dropped to near nothing. One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !

Parts came FAST, great customer service I ordered several parts for our tankless water heater, and they came within just a couple days. Very FAST! One of the items was missing. I contacted customer service, and they were great. Got the missing part within a couple days. Great experience.
