GBHeritage had the hard-to-find part I needed Heritage was the only place I could find replacement parts for my Fujitsu mini-split. While the shipping was a little on the high side, the parts arrived quickly and I was able to DIY a fix that would've cost a lot more if I'd had to hire a climate control company. Very satisfied!

GBGreat Experience I had never dealt with Heritage before so I was a little apprehensive to place an order. I called to order a part for an oven. The operator asked if I had model and serial numbers and I replied. She told me the item was in stock and that it would ship out that day and I received it the following afternoon. The oven was a vital piece of equipment that needed to be fixed so that we could continue to feed our patrons. Thank you Heritage. Your customer Service was excellent.

GBGasket arrived promptly Gasket arrived promptly. Fair price on the gasket. Rating reduced because I thought the $31 shipping charge on a rubber gasket that weighed less than a pound was excessive. Update: Customer service contacted me and reduced the shipping by half. Much more than fair. I'm happy with the product, the speed I got it and the price.

GBSince Heritage was bought out or taken… Since Heritage was bought out or taken over by this new company I can say the following. The service has dropped to near nothing. One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !
