Heritage was great to work with Heritage was great to work with. We ordered a part for a Rinnai hot water heater and Heritage did not have it in stock. It took almost a month for Rinnai to send the part to Heritage. However, Heritage was always willing to provide me an update and they sent the part out the same day it was finally received.

Good service poor delivery Part was a Perfect fit. Shipping was 2 days later then what I paid extra for though. I should receive a credit for my two day shipping fee I paid for. I was not happy that I paid the extra to get it here faster than my tenant had to go without heat for an additional two days.

Update: Customer service contacted me and reduced the shipping by half. Much more than fair. I'm happy with the product, the speed I got it and the price.
