Never let me down I have been purchasing from Heritage Parts for nearly 10 years now and am always impressed with the great customer service. They have never let me down and find parts I cannot find anywhere else.

The service was excellent very friendly… The service was excellent very friendly and helpful staff and our products arrived in a short time, with the Pandemic we were expecting a longer wait with shipping. We were pleasantly surprised.

Since Heritage was bought out or taken… Since Heritage was bought out or taken over by this new company I can say the following. The service has dropped to near nothing. One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !

Good service poor delivery Part was a Perfect fit. Shipping was 2 days later then what I paid extra for though. I should receive a credit for my two day shipping fee I paid for. I was not happy that I paid the extra to get it here faster than my tenant had to go without heat for an additional two days.

Got the correct parts in the best time… Got the correct parts in the best time considering backorder. Do wonder a bit whey they do not stock such a common items as "O" rings.
