One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !

Parts came FAST, great customer service I ordered several parts for our tankless water heater, and they came within just a couple days. Very FAST! One of the items was missing. I contacted customer service, and they were great. Got the missing part within a couple days. Great experience.

The service was excellent very friendly… The service was excellent very friendly and helpful staff and our products arrived in a short time, with the Pandemic we were expecting a longer wait with shipping. We were pleasantly surprised.
