GBGood Customer Service and Always Introducing New Features Guesty is the first channel manager we ever used in our business and we've stayed with them since then. As a growing company in a relatively new industry we accept that sometimes there have been issues but their customer service is very quick to reply to any tickets we open. Our account manager Hila always keeps us in the loop about new developments with regular calls and emails. Our business couldn't have grown the way it has without Guesty and we look forward to many more years working with them.

GBNo zero star option? No zero star option? Guesty has been a disaster from us from day 1. We were moved across to Guesty from MyVR. Which was truly awesome. And after the flashy Guesty sales demo, everything started going downhill. The migration to about 40 solid hours of work. And it was all misery. We were "upgraded" to the new website builder. Which not only cost stupid cash (single listing cost > £100 a month for the overall platform) but also had a stealth stripe payment fee on top not discussed in product pricing. The booking engine doesn't automatically send customer invoices for payment (a legal requirement in the UK when you take a direct card payment). The support was terrible. Any request for the basics was met with "we'll raise with product" The UI was a mess. They then refreshed it and made it even worse. The only decent thing about it was the customisation of customer comms flow. That's literally it. We migrated to Lodgify. Less than half the price. Awesome company, team and support. And the kick in the teeth? Guesty didn't delete our direct booking website with them despite a series of escalations. Their data retention and deletion policy is highly dubious. Avoid Guesty at all costs.

GBTerrible Terrible. Linked my airbnb and they screwed up my calendar so it got double booked and had to pay airbnb to cancel, They also totally screwed up my booking.com account and closed both properties took an 3 hours on the phone to BDC to fix. THIS IT THE WORST THING ever. Suppose to make my life easier - instead ruined all my systems and my properties were not available for 6 days while is fixed the absolute MESS this company made NEVER EVER use them
