I became a patient of Dr. Olsen's when I was frustrated by the lack of attention and service I was getting from a hearing aid franchise. My experience with Applied Hearing Solutions has been great! I feel that any concerns I have are heard and resolved. Dr. Olen's passion for helping his patients is evident by the time and quality of service he provides consistently at each appointment. Bottom line Bottom line, Applied Hearing stopped taking insurance, and became an out of network provider for me. They do take Medicare so that is good for those with Medicare. So until then I need seek services that are most financially advantageous to me. Service itself is 10 stars.
