Great person and makes you feel comfortable. Great person and makes you feel comfortable. Very thorough and provided clear explanations. However, a letter from my physician about me needing a hearing test did not arrive in his office in time, so have to come back. I am quite disappointed that he does not accept any private insurances, not even government employee plan. Additionally, his office is tricky to find.

Friendly greeting at the front desk Friendly greeting at the front desk, comfortable chairs in the waiting area, squeaky clean office and state of the art technology to diagnose and correct my hearing. Dr. Olsen is professional and attentive. Highly recommend this practice.

I have moderate to severe hearing loss I have moderate to severe hearing loss, and purchased several pairs of hearing aids elsewhere. After seeing Dr.Cliffs hearing aid reviews, I decided to try Applied Hearing Solutions. Dr Altus worked with me to find the best hearing aids for my unique situation. I recommend Applied Hearing Solutions to anyone with problem hearing issues. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Bottom line Bottom line, Applied Hearing stopped taking insurance, and became an out of network provider for me. They do take Medicare so that is good for those with Medicare. So until then I need seek services that are most financially advantageous to me. Service itself is 10 stars.
