Dr Olsen and Staff - Welcoming, Professional, High Quality of Service Dr. Olsen and his staff are very professional and welcoming. I became a patient of Dr. Olsen's when I was frustrated by the lack of attention and service I was getting from a hearing aid franchise. My experience with Applied Hearing Solutions has been great! I feel that any concerns I have are heard and resolved. Dr. Olen's passion for helping his patients is evident by the time and quality of service he provides consistently at each appointment. I have referred many of my family to Dr. Olsen due to the high quality of care.

Great Audiology practice.... I discovered this office after an internet search on hearing aids. Dr Cliff's youtube videos were so helpful that I ended up doing a telehealth visit with him from across the country. He went over all my records and made some helpful recommendations and got me hooked up with a really good audiologist near my home. I am really grateful that I found him.

Even though I live in a different… Even though I live in a different state, I did a virtual consultation with Dr Cliff and learned a lot of things about what I should expect from audiologists around here and the kind of treatment I should expect with my type of hearing loss.

Bottom line Bottom line, Applied Hearing stopped taking insurance, and became an out of network provider for me. They do take Medicare so that is good for those with Medicare. So until then I need seek services that are most financially advantageous to me. Service itself is 10 stars.
