He is always quick to respond to questions and explains equipment and procedures in a way that I can understand. His staff is excellent - they are prompt, friendly and professional. Scheduling is easy and calls are always returned promptly. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Olson by a co-worker/friend and I'm so glad we were. We have now been patients of Dr. Olson's for a couple of years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend Applied Hearing Solutions!

Great person and makes you feel comfortable. Great person and makes you feel comfortable. Very thorough and provided clear explanations. However, a letter from my physician about me needing a hearing test did not arrive in his office in time, so have to come back. I am quite disappointed that he does not accept any private insurances, not even government employee plan. Additionally, his office is tricky to find.
