Excellent Customer Service Jesse was my Customer Service Rep whilst I was inquiring after my results and he could not have been more helpful. 100 stars for his service, but the results are slower than they advertise. At least you get top shelf help finding out what is happening.

Great Customer Service Although I have not purchased the test, I am basing my feedback on the customer service that I received in querying. The assistant named Jordan gets a 5 stars for her amazing customer service! She was very kind, helpful and quick at responding and answering any concerns and questions I had regarding the tests. This is very important to me because it helped me to make a decision on purchasing the test. Thank You :)

At least Casey is a great help from the… At least Casey is a great help from the chat line. Had to chase up my results with her. Thanks Casey. Have been waiting for over 10 business days since your email stated that my test kit had finally been received. "Processing". The email also said 3-5 days for results. Sent an email but that had no answer. So had to revert to the chat line. Pitty the whole process has dragged out for so long. Not in line with what is stated in the information when you purchase a kit.
