This place is a scam This place is a scam. I signed for a one membership at a rate of 50 dollars. They then charged me 150 and refuse to refund me my money back. I am taking this to small claims because that’s not the membership I signed up for. I still haven’t been able to cancel this membership and there’s been no one to contact to cancel. A complete nightmare!

Convenient until it isn't I'm thankful for the ability to get prescriptions in this way, but it isn't the most user friendly if you need to reopen a chat. I was prescribed a steroid cream by a NP. The chat was ended and I went to the pharmacy only to find it would be 200 dollars since it needed a pre-authorization. So I had to go back into the chat, go through allllll the automated questions again, and was matched with another NP. She opened our conversation by stating "It looks like you spoke to one of my colleagues earlier. Do you have another question?" That's great, but why did I have to go through all those steps again when I could have just reopened the other chat and got automatically connected to an available doctor? The NP I spoke with wrote me the generic version of the script and sent it to the same pharmacy. I didn't realize the pharmacy had closed right after I left the first time, so I had to start ANOTHER chat request, go through all the same steps, only to get matched with the exact same NP. She was very kind and sent it to a pharmacy that was open, but it was so frustrating to have to go through all of it a third time. There should definitely be an easier process for reconnecting to a relevant chat. Whole process took me about 2 hours start to finish.

K Health "Please Contact Us" Doesn't Work Charged but received no medication. Contacted "support" repeatedly, for a MONTH, yet the problem is unresolved. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH! If K Health can provide no tracking, it is obvious the medication was not sent. Yet, I'm charged and the matter remains unresolved. The "please contact us" response they post HERE is USELESS. I've done that for a MONTH. Repeatedly. Scam.

amazing. I have used K health now twice. The doctors listen, they don’t give me any hassle and I am seen quickly and they are responsive unlike calling an office. The nurse or MA is taken out of the picture and you get to directly chat with a doctor.

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I sought out K Health for enticing "weight loss medication prescriptions" I was over charged for labs bc the did not code it right so my insurance would not cover. Also, I got one month of weight loss medication THEN it was stopped. Do not fall for this app, I learned the hard way! Such a crock website. And the "doctor visits" are all via text and I could swear they do not even read your responses and just ask the same questions. Seems more like "AI" than actual medical knowledge and guidance. So sucky!!!!
