amazing. I have used K health now twice. The doctors listen, they don’t give me any hassle and I am seen quickly and they are responsive unlike calling an office. The nurse or MA is taken out of the picture and you get to directly chat with a doctor.

I was able to get resolution for my…Sinusitis I was able to get resolution for my illness very quickly and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The process was hassle free.

This place is a scam This place is a scam. They charge you $50 for even singing up even though the card entry screen tells you you will not be charged. I'm currently on hold with the help line as they give me the run around on a refund request even though I cancelled immediately, and never even used the app/service.

Option to Chat via Text I was glad to have several options for communication. I would rather chat than video chat or voice call. The other virtual clinics approved by my insurance only options were phone call or video chat.

Absolute worst experience I have had… Absolute worst experience I have had with an online Health Provider. You will be charged no matter if you are helped with your issue or not. Would not recommend! These guys are scam artists!
